This is service is especially for our disabled or elderly parishioners who cannot come to the pantry on one of the three days it is open. You can pick up your shopping list any time during the month, but delivery will be only as stated above. Normal pantry operations are from 11am to 1pm on the 3rd Friday and on the 3rd & 4th Saturday of every month except on Holidays when the pantry will open on another date. CSA I wish that I wasn’t the only one concerned about the CSA bill. There are over 400 families and only 106 have actually contributed to the CSA program. This appeal helps the parishes in need, and further the education of our children in those areas. If our goal is not met, the balance due will come from our savings account. The goal can be achieved when everyone NOT JUST THE FEW contribute. Last year we were able to meet the goal and surpassed it. The extra money came in handy when the boiler stopped working in the school building. Every year we do not make the goal we lose the interest and some of the actual account. That means that your savings continues to dwindle away. JOKE OF THE WEEK An artist asked the gallery owner if there had been any interest in his paintings on display at that time. I have good news and bad news, “the owner replied.” The good news is that a gentleman enquired about your work and wondered if your paintings would appreciate in value after your death. When I told him they would, he bought all 15 of your paintings. “That’s wonderful!,” the artist exclaimed. “What’s the bad news?” “The guy was your doctor.” I feel that you should I want to have all parishknow representaionerthe know who repretives on the different sents councils. Every so often I put this information in my section of the bulletin so, if you have a question you will know who to ask.
