Reglas De Uso Oferta Entertainment®

1. E ste programa de la membresía del libro Entertainment® es una combinación de varios componentes destacados como cupones locales o nacionales, tarjetas, tarjeta-llavero, impreso online, electrónico, inter-activo, aplicación móvil u otro medio publicitario promocional. Las ofertas promocionales
de los comerciantes destacados en los programas Entertainment® no son tarjetas de regalo.
2. Para recibir los beneficios adicionales de su libro de membresía usted debe activar su Tarjeta de Membresía Entertainment® online en www.entertainment.com/activate, a través de la aplicación móvil “Entertainment® Membership Coupon” o registrarse en m.entertainment.com.
A. Utilice su Tarjeta de Membresía y/o la tarjeta-llavero Frequent Values® para recibir descuentos para alquileres de auto y hoteles selectos, como también descuentos para las ofertas en el directorio Frequent Values® que se encuentran online y en la aplicación móvil. Las ofertas Frequent Values®
son un porcentaje de descuento que pueden ser utilizadas repetidamente. Simplemente presente su Tarjeta de Membresía o tarjeta-llavero en los comercios participantes cada vez que usted visite para recibir su descuento.
B. S elect Savings®: Los cupones bonos Select Savings® destacan ofertas adicionales o especiales las cuales están solamente disponibles para impresión online. Estas ofertas expiran 14 días después de imprimirse. En la mayoría de los casos no se requiere una compra mínima. Los cupones bonos
Select Savings no pueden ser canjeados por efectivo ni cambio será dado. Los descuentos Select Savings son válidos para uso de una sola vez y el comerciante retendrá su cupón impreso al momento de usarlo. Favor ver los cupones individuales para condiciones adicionales y restricciones.
Ofertas Select Savings podrán no estar disponibles en todos los mercados.
C. O fertas Digitales: Estas ofertas se encuentran online o a través de su aplicación móvil y redimidas vía cupón imprimible o redención móvil.
D. I mprimir Online: Imprima cupones online para nuevas ofertas, ofertas adicionales, y comercios que no se encuentran en su libro de membresía. Simplemente clic, imprima y redima en los comercios participantes. Ofertas expiran 14 días después de imprimir.
E. L a Aplicación “Entertainment® Membership Coupon”: Usted puede encontrar comercios participantes online o luego de bajar la aplicación móvil en las tiendas para su celular. Estas ofertas son fáciles de ver—solo busque el icono móvil. Cada oferta móvil se puede redimir solo una vez
presentando al comerciante el ID de redención del cupón que se encuentra en la oferta para usarse en 24 horas luego de seleccionar “Redeem.” Vea “Mobile FAQs” en su celular para más información.
3. Reglas Generales:
A. C ondiciones Adicionales: Lea la oferta cuidadosamente para condiciones, restricciones y exclusiones estipuladas. Todas las ofertas son válidas en cualquier momento excepto en los días feriados definidos o a menos que la oferta diga lo contrario. Ciertas ofertas están restringidas a una oferta
por grupo, por visita. Estas condiciones adicionales reemplazan otras Reglas de Uso.
B. Descuentos: Descuentos excluyen impuestos, propina y/o alcohol, donde aplique.
C. R edención del Descuento: Presente su cupón/tarjeta-llavero/Tarjeta de Membresía/celular a un comercio participante al momento de usted pedir su cuenta para recibir el descuento. El comerciante retendrá su cupón o le devolverá la tarjeta o tarjeta-llavero para indicarle que usted usó una
oferta de descuento. El artículo(s) menos costoso, hasta el descuento máximo estipulado, será descontado de su cuenta, o recibirá un porcentaje de descuento en el artículo designado, hasta el descuento máximo estipulado, dependiendo de la oferta.
D. Ofertas Gratis: En la mayoría de los casos, para cualificar para una oferta gratis o un artículo de cortesía, debe comprar productos o servicios del comercio haciendo la oferta. Dichas ofertas no se pueden usar con cualquier otro descuento u oferta/programa de recompensas.
E. Información del Comerciante: Toda información del comerciante es válida a partir del 1 de mayo de 2012 para programas impresos. Visite www.entertainment.com para más información.
F. Descuentos en el Cine: Algunos teatros de cine están obligados por contratos de estudios a excluir descuentos en ciertas películas. Favor vea la oferta para exclusiones, restricciones y condiciones del teatro.
G. Propinas: La propina por servicio satisfactorio debe ser 15–20% del total de la cuenta antes que la cantidad de descuento sea restada.
H. Usar Con Otros Descuentos y Promociones: Hasta 3 cupones/tarjetas-llavero/Tarjetas de Membresía/ofertas móviles pueden usarse por grupo, a menos que la oferta indique “válido uno por grupo.” Ofertas Entertainment® no pueden ser combinadas con otros descuentos o promociones.
I. D ías Válidos/Días Feriados: Lea la oferta cuidadosamente para los días válidos y horarios. Los días feriados definidos abajo y días excluidos impresos en las ofertas del comerciante están excluidos, aunque el cupón indique “Expira el 1 de octubre de 2013” o “válido en cualquier momento”: Día
de Acción de Gracias, Día de Noche Buena, Día de Navidad, Víspera y Día de Año Nuevo, Víspera y Día de Reyes, Día de San Valentín, Miércoles a Viernes de la Semana de las Secretarias, Día de las Madres y Día de los Padres.
4. Descuentos en Comida: Un cupón/tarjeta-llavero/Tarjeta de Membresía/celular podrá ser utilizado para cada dos personas, y cuentas separadas están prohibidas. Para restaurantes ofreciendo un “artículo del menú” gratis cuando un segundo es comprado, un “artículo del menú” es un plato
principal o una entrada. Algunos restaurantes incluyen la opción “cuando cenan solo” en sus ofertas. Estas ofertas son válidas solo cuando se cena solo. Ofertas de comida no son válidas para platos de 2 o más personas, artículos del menú de niños, especiales del día, precios de “senior citizen,” especiales
“Early Bird,”“carryout/takeout y delivery” (excepto para comida rápida y algunos comercios con carryout solamente), y bufes, a menos que indique lo contrario.
5. Descuentos en Hoteles: Favor vea las Reglas de Uso de Hoteles.
Esta membresía y sus ofertas están designados para el uso personal del individuo que compre este libro y no son válidas con ninguna otra oferta de descuento o en otras ciudades a menos que diga lo contrario. El uso de este libro de membresía o cualquiera de sus ofertas para propósitos de publicidad,

Entertainment® Offer Rules of Use
Offers expire October 1, 2013, unless otherwise indicated.
1. This Entertainment® book membership program is a combination of several components featured as local or national coupons, cards, key tag, online print, electronic, interactive, mobile app or other promotional advertising medium. Promotional merchant offers featured in Entertainment®
programs are not gift cards.
2. In order to receive additional benefits from your book membership you must activate your Entertainment® Membership Card online at www.entertainment.com/activate, through the Entertainment® Membership Coupon App, or log onto m.entertainment.com.
A. Use your Membership Card and/or Frequent Values® key tag to receive discounts for car rentals and select hotels, as well as discounts for offers listed in the Frequent Values® directory found online and on the mobile app. Frequent Values® offers are a percentage-off discount that may be used
on a repeatable basis. Simply present your Membership Card or key tag at participating merchants each time you visit to receive your discount.
B. S elect Savings®: Select Savings® bonus coupons feature additional or special offers which are only available for online print. These offers expire 14 days after printing. In most cases no minimum purchase is required. Select Savings bonus coupons may not be redeemed for cash nor will change
be given. Select Savings discounts are valid for one-time use only and the merchant will retain the printed coupon upon redemption. Please see individual coupons for additional conditions and restrictions. Select Savings offers may not be available in all markets.
C. Digital Offers: These offers may be found online or via your mobile app and redeemed via printable coupon or mobile redemption.
D. Online Print: Print coupons online for new offers, additional offers, and merchants not found in your membership book. Simply click, print and redeem at participating merchants. Offers expire 14 days after printing.
E. E ntertainment® Membership Coupon App: You can find participating merchants online or after downloading the mobile app at the storefront for your mobile device. These offers are easy to spot—just look for the mobile icon. Each mobile offer can only be redeemed once by presenting
the merchant with the coupon redemption ID found on the offer for 24 hours after selecting “Redeem.” See Mobile FAQs on your mobile device for more information.
3. General Rules:
A. A dditional Conditions: Read the offer carefully for stated conditions, restrictions and exclusions. All offers are valid anytime except on defined holidays or unless the offer states otherwise. Certain offers are restricted to one offer per party per visit. These additional conditions supersede other
Rules of Use.
B. Discounts: Discounts exclude tax, tip and/or alcohol, where applicable.
C. D iscount Redemption: Present your coupon/key tag/Membership Card/mobile device to a participating merchant at the time you request your bill to receive your discount. The merchant will retain your coupon or return the card or key tag back to you to indicate you have used a discount
offer. The least expensive item(s), up to the maximum value stated, will be deducted from your bill, or you will receive a percentage off the designated item(s), up to the maximum value stated, depending on the offer.
D. Free Offers: In most cases, to qualify for a free offer or complimentary item, you must purchase goods or services from the merchant making the offer. Such offers may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or awards program/offer.
E. Merchant Information: All merchant information is valid as of May 1, 2012, for printed programs. Visit www.entertainment.com for more information.
F. Movie Theatre Discounts: Some movie theatres are obligated by studio contracts to exclude discounts on certain movies. Please see individual offers for theatre exclusions, restrictions and conditions.
G. Tipping: Tipping for satisfactory service should be 15–20% of the total bill before the discount amount is subtracted.
H. Use With Other Discounts and Promotions: Up to three coupons/key tags/Membership Cards/mobile offers may be used per party, unless the offer states “One per party.” Entertainment® offers may not be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
I. R ead the offer carefully for valid dates and times. The holidays defined below, and excluded days printed on the merchant’s offer are excluded, even if the coupon indicates “Valid now thru October 1, 2013” or “valid anytime”: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day, Three
King’s Eve/Day, Valentine’s Day, Wednesday thru Friday of Secretary’s Week, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day.
4. Discounts on Dining: One coupon/key tag/Membership Card/mobile device may be used for every two people, and separate checks are prohibited. For restaurants offering a complimentary “menu item” when a second is purchased, a “menu item” is a main course or entrée item. Some restaurants
include a “when dining alone” option in their offers. These offers are valid only when dining alone. Dining offers are not valid on entrées for 2 or more people, children’s menu items, discount-priced daily specials, senior citizen rates, Early Bird specials, carryout/takeout and delivery (except for fast food
and some carryout-only merchants), and buffets, unless otherwise noted.
5. Discounts on Hotels: Please see the Hotel Rules of Use.
This membership and its offers are intended for the personal use of the individual purchaser and are not valid with other discount offers or in other cities unless otherwise specified. The use of this membership or any of its components or offers for advertising purposes, in any form or fashion, is strictly
prohibited. Any use of an offer in violation of these Rules will render the offer VOID and ENTERTAINMENT PROMOTIONS will pursue all legal remedies available to it by law. Offers may not be reproduced and are void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
ENTERTAINMENT PROMOTIONS, and/or its parent or subsidiaries, will not be responsible if any establishment breaches its contract or refuses to accept the Membership Card/key tag/coupons/mobile offer; however, it will attempt to secure compliance.
ENTERTAINMENT PROMOTIONS disclaims all alleged liability for bodily injury or property damage resulting from any accident, event or occurrence on, or resulting from the use of, the premises of the participating businesses. ENTERTAINMENT PROMOTIONS disclaims all warranties express, implied or
otherwise imposed by law, regarding the condition of those premises or the safety of same. ENTERTAINMENT PROMOTIONS disclaims all alleged vicarious liability for bodily injury or property damage resulting from the acts or omissions of the participating businesses.
