APLICACIÓN
● Las mantillas Repelentes de Tinta DURAPRESS
(también conocidas como chaquetas con polvo de
vidrio) son el sistema anti-repinte original usado en
los Cilindros de Transferencia de las prensas Offset.
Basada en una camisa de tela con una capa compresible superior. Las partículas de cristal o vidrio en la
superficie, constituyen un excelente repelente de tinta
y por tanto evitan los restos de tinta en las hojas impresas.

A P P L I C AT I O N
● DURAPRESS Ink Repelling Blankets (also known as
glass beaded jackets) are the original anti-marking system used on the Transfer Cylinders of Offset presses.
They have a cloth base with a compressible layer. The
glass beads on the surface are an excellent ink repellent
and therefore avoid the smearing of ink on the printed
sheets.
● Mayoritariamente usadas en las prensas Offset
Heidelberg.
● Las Mantillas Repelentes de Tinta están cortadas a
medida para ajustarse a cada prensa con muescas y
Velcro.
● Pueden también suministrarse con barras de metal
para ajustarse a otras prensas.
CALIDAD
● Chaquetas de alto rendimiento, ya que son compresibles y por tanto más resistentes a los atascos de papel.
● De rápida limpieza, posible en cualquier momento,
con una solución diluida mientras que las mantillas
están todavía en la prensa.
● Suministradas en color negro según indican las especificaciones originales.
DISPONIBILIDAD
● Disponible para prensas Heidelberg SM102 , SM72,
MO, GTO52 y GTO46.
