A Photocopy of a valid credit card required ‐ front and reverse PAYMENT TERMS Payment is due 21 days after the invoice date Credit will not be extended where account is overdue by 15 days Where payment is not received within 25 days of the invoice due date, it is agreed that payment can be automatically debited from the credit card ‐ discounts will then still apply Discounts will not be extended where account is overdue by 30 days Pinmar Supply does not accept transfer costs All accounts must be settled in full prior to the vessels departure OTHER TERMS IVA will be charged on all purchases made within Spain, regardless of the boats status or origin (this is the law within Spain and not the decision of Pinmar Supply) Items ordered as specifically requested can only be returned by prior agreement. Any re‐stocking charges incurred will be passed on Refunds cannot be made in cash Special discount for vessels being painted by the GYG group are applicable during the paint contract term only Acceptance of account will be the final decision of the Pinmar Supply accounts department CLIENTS PROTECTION DATA CLAUSE In accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Organic Law on Personal Data Protection No 15/1999 of 13 December (hereinafter, LOPD). The purpose of the data processing is the management of the business relation established with the client, the administration and/or rendering of contracted services, accounting and tax management, market research and marketing.
