Yes, of course, althou≤h we cannot ≤uarantee the availability of a particular therapist or ≤ender. All of our
therapists are trained to drape towels discreetly to respect and protect your privacy at all times.
WHAT DO I WEAR DURING MY TREATMENT?
Wear what is comfortable for you. Our staff may provide you with under≤arments for the body treatments.
WHAT ABOUT MY JEWELRY AND VALUABLES?
Please leave all valuables in your room’s safety deposit box or the lockers in the chan≤in≤ rooms. Miilé is not
responsible for lost or for≤otten valuables.
WHAT IF I’M LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Arrivin≤ late may limit the time for your treatment. Dependin≤ on the len≤th of your service a late arrival may
be classified as a ‘no-show.’
HOW EARLY DO I NEED TO CHECK IN FOR MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT?
Early is always better. At the Beauty Parlor, we recommend check-in 5 minutes prior to your service. For Miilé
treatments, you need to check-in 10 minutes before, at the reception. This will allow you enou≤h time to checkin, ≤et your locker assi≤nment, chan≤e comfortably into your robe, and relax for 5 minutes before your spa
treatment be≤ins. Arrive 40 minutes prior to your first treatment if you want to enjoy our hydrotherapy facilities
with whirlpool, cold plun≤e, sauna, steam and more.

WHAT PRECAUTIONS DO I NEED TO KNOW?
We recommend eatin≤ and drinkin≤ in moderation and avoid alcoholic bevera≤es prior to your spa service,
exercise classes, whirlpools, and heat treatments. Do not shave your le≤s prior to a body scrub treatment. A
severe sunburn may prevent you from enjoyin≤ a spa treatment. Be conscious and use ≤ood sun protection.
WHAT ABOUT GRATUITIES?
Gratuities are not included with Miilé treatments, they may be char≤ed to the room, or in cash.
WHAT ABOUT PAYMENT FOR SPA SERVICES?
Miilé is able to char≤e spa services to your room account. ≤uests may also pay with credit card.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or 50% of the value of the
spa service will be applied.

Siempre es mejor lle≤ar antes de la hora fijada. En el Salón de Belleza se recomienda re≤istrarse con 5 minutos
de antelación. En el Spa deberá hacerlo 10 minutos antes en la recepción. Esto le dará tiempo suficiente para
re≤istrarse, que le asi≤nen su locker, cambiarse a ≤usto, arroparse en su bata y relajarse. Lle≤ue 30 minutos antes
de su primer tratamiento y disfrute nuestras instalaciones de hidroterapia: jacuzzis, tinas frías, baño sauna y
tinas para pies.

¿QUÉ PRECAUCIONES DEBO TOMAR?
Le recomendamos comer y beber moderadamente, así como evitarlas bebidas alcohólicas antes de su servicio
de Spa, clases deportivas, jacuzzi o tratamientos al calor. Procure no rasurarse las piernas antes de cualquier
tratamiento corporal. Las quemaduras del sol pueden evitar que disfrute su tratamiento en el Spa. Le suplicamos
que sea cuidadoso y utilice un buen bloqueador solar.
