LA RED DE JUDERÍAS DE ESPAÑA
QUÉ ES RASGO
La Red de Juderías de España es una asociación
pública sin ánimo de lucro que tiene como objetivo
la defensa del patrimonio urbanístico, arquitectónico,
histórico, artístico y cultural del legado judío en
España, así como su promoción cultural y turística.
Bajo el nombre de RASGO, la Red de Juderías
de España plantea un ambicioso proyecto
fundamentado en la excelencia de los servicios y
productos turísticos que ofrecen nuestras juderías
para potenciar un turismo cultural de calidad
basado en el legado sefardí. RASGO se centra en los
5 pilares que conforman un producto turístico para
cubrir las cinco necesidades básicas de todo viajero:
Los miembros de la Red de Juderías de España actúan
de forma conjunta en defensa del patrimonio histórico
y cultural del legado judío, promoviendo proyectos
culturales, turísticos y académicos, y realizando una
política de intercambio de experiencias nacionales
e internacionales, además de promover políticas de
desarrollo de un turismo cultural especializado en
cada uno de sus municipios.
THE NETWORK OF
SPANISH JEWISH QUARTERS
The Network of Spanish Jewish Quarters is a public
non-profit association with the aim to defend the urban,
architectural, historical, artistic and cultural heritage of
the Jewish legacy in Spain, as well as its cultural and
touristic promotion.
The members of the Network of Spanish Jewish Quarters
act as one body to defend the historical and cultural
heritage of the Jewish legacy, to promote cultural,
touristic and academic projects, and to follow a policy of
shared national and international experiences, in addition
to promoting the development of specialised cultural
tourism in each of their member cities.

WHAT IS RASGO
Under the name of RASGO, the Network of Spanish
Jewish Quarters has established an ambitious
project based on the excellence of touristic products
and services offered by our Jewish quarters, in
order to boost a high-quality cultural tourism based
on the Jewish legacy. RASGO is focused on the 5
elements which make up a tourist product, covering
the five basic needs of any traveller:

Dada la heterogeneidad de tamaño y distinto grado de
madurez turística de las ciudades que integran nuestra
asociación, se hacía necesario nivelar la oferta mínima que
cada ciudad puede cumplir.
Así pues, todas las ciudades de la Red que aparecen en esta
guía, disponen de los servicios mínimos imprescindibles
para que un Agente de Viajes o un Tour Operador pueda
posibilitar su comercialización.
Ventajas de pertenecer a RASGO:
• Contar con los soportes de promoción y publicidad de la
Red de Juderías de España
• Presencia en mercados de contratación, nacionales e
internacionales, formando parte de una oferta diferenciada

Due to the heterogeneity of size and the different degrees of
touristic development of the cities forming our association,
it became necessary to set a standard of minimum
requirements which every city will be able to meet.
Therefore, all cities of the Network appearing in this guide are
offering the indispensable minimum services, thus facilitating
their marketing for travel agents and tour-operators.

¡Conseguirla es muy fácil!
Basta con cumplimentar un formulario en línea con tus
datos personales y responder un breve cuestionario.
Una vez cumplimentado satisfactoriamente, el sistema
generará automáticamente la TARJETA ELECTRÓNICA
“SEFARAD CARD”. Una vez impresa, dará derecho a todas
ventajas establecidas.
El titular deberá presentar siempre la SEFARAD CARD en
los establecimientos adheridos al programa acompañada
de un documento acreditativo de su titularidad, mediante
DNI, pasaporte o similar.

Getting it is easy!
Simply fill out an online form with your personal data and
answer a short questionnaire.
Once successfully completed, the system will automatically
generate the electronic “SEFARAD CARD”. Once printed it
will entitle you to all benefits provided.
The card holder will have always to show the SEFARAD
CARD at the companies associated to the program,
accompanied by a document certifying their ownership,
using ID card, passport or similar.
Muy pronto la Red contará con un nuevo y novedoso
producto: VIÑEDOS DE SEFARAD.
La Red de Juderías de España implantará, a lo largo del
2013, una ruta enoturística por las ciudades con pasado
judío y bodegas productoras de vino de su entorno. Viñedos
de Sedarad tiene como fin dar a conocer la cultura del vino
en las ciudades de las 24 localidades adheridas a la Red.
VIÑEDOS DE SEFARAD permitirá al viajero o amante de
la cultura del vino disfrutar de un viaje por la memoria
gustativa, por los sabores ancestrales, el lugar donde los
judíos vivieron, prosperaron y cultivaron la vid durante
siglos, contribuyendo con su actividad al desarrollo de las
diferentes ciudades.

Very soon the network will count on a new and innovative
product: VINEYARDS of SEPHARAD.
The Spanish Network of Jewish Quarters will implemented,
over 2013, a wine tourism route through the cities with
Jewish past and wineries producing wine from their
environment. Vineyards of Speharad aims to raise
awareness of the culture of wine in the 24 membre cities
of the network.
VINEYARDS of SEPHARAD will allow the traveler or the
lover of the culture of wine to enjoy a trip to the memory
of taste, to ancient flavours, where Jewish people used to
live, where they prospered and where they grew wines for
centuries, contributing with their activity to the development
of our different cities.

SEÑALIZACIÓN
Las ciudades que cumplen el RASGO disponen de una
señalización específica de los lugares de interés en el
itinerario turístico judío.
Una vez acompañando la señalización propia de cada
ciudad, en la que se añade la referencia de la Red de
Juderías, otras veces de forma individualizada.
Así el visitante podrá encontrar el símbolo de la Red

The cities bearing the RASGO distinctive feature
specific signposts of the sites of interest within the
Jewish tourist route.
Sometimes the signposts go together with the city’s
own signposting, adding to them a reference of the
Network of Spanish Jewish Quarters, sometimes they
are placed individually.
This way, the visitors can find the symbol of the
Network of Spanish Jewish Quarters both on vertical
indicators and imbedded in the ground, in the form of
bronze plaques which mark a place of interest within
the Jewish route. Likewise, visitors can recognise the
RASGO distinctive at Restaurants, Accommodations
and Guides collaborating with the Network.
Thus the common tourist route is enhanced and
visitors find their way around the Jewish quarter of
each city more easily.
