AYSO Supply Center Policies
Authorized Purchases Orders may be charged to a specific Region,
Area or Section account if the person placing the order is on file as an
“authorized purchaser” at the Supply Center. To ensure authorized
purchaser information is up to date, Executive Members need to fill out the
Information Form (go to www.soccer.org) indicating authorized purchasers,
and send it to AYSO NSTC, 12501 South Isis Ave., Hawthorne, CA 90250
or fax to 310-643-5310.
Area and Section Purchases Supplies ordered by Areas and Sections
for staff use may be charged to the Section National budget with the
Section Director’s approval.
Prepaid Purchases Purchases may be prepaid by check or money order
made out to AYSO. Please include shipping charges in that amount.
Shipping charges on an order should be calculated as a minimum $6 or
10% of purchase, whichever is greater.
Credit Card Purchases The AYSO Supply Center accepts MasterCard,
Visa, American Express, and Discover. Shipping charges will apply.
Billing AYSO will invoice regions, areas and sections for applicable
purchases. All other purchasers must prepay by either credit card, check or
money order.
Backorders If an ordered item is temporarily out of stock, it will be
backordered. Back ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become
available.
Shipping Most orders are shipped within 24 hours via UPS Ground
unless specified otherwise. Shipments to Hawaii or Alaska will be via U.S.
Priority Mail. You may request alternative delivery services (FedEx, DHL,
UPS Red or Blue, etc.). All carriers require a street address, with the
exception of the U.S. Mail.
Returns Any defective item(s) will be replaced or credited to the billed
account once it is received back from the customer at the AYSO Supply

This manual is to be used as the textbook
for coaches and referees attending a Safe
Haven certification course. It contains
information on protection afforded to them
under the law, and covers topics such as
substance use and abuse, definitions of
abusive behaviors, techniques for dealing with
blood, risk management and role modeling.
The manual is divided into two sections. The
first section pertains to both coaches and
referees. The second section has information
pertaining specifically to coaches regarding
issues such as team management and role
modeling. This manual is an excellent
companion to provide all coaches and referees
whether they are attending a live face to face
course or an on-line session.
