Basic Bulletin Announcement:
Mother Daughter Programs. The Diocese of Sacramento is offering programs to help mothers
discuss puberty and fertility with their 10 – 12 year old and 13 – 16 year old daughters. These
programs are offered nation-wide and have helped thousands of mothers and daughters have healthy,
wholesome and God-centered discussions about the sometimes challenging transition from being girl
to being a woman. To register or for more information about program locations and content go to

The three-hour “Tweens” program will be offered six times – four in English and two in Spanish – at the
following locations:
Saturday, February 18, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, Our Divine Savior Parish, Chico (English)
Saturday, February 18, 2:00 - 5:00 pm, Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Sacramento (Spanish)
Sunday, February 19, 2:00 - 5:00 pm, St. Joseph Elementary School, Redding (English)

The Mother-Daughter Programs explore God’s special gift of human fertility and the beauty and wonder
of God’s plan for growing up and becoming a woman. The Teen and Tween Programs cover similar

and scope. All presentations are pure, light-hearted and affirming!
