To date, we have received all approvals except for some city of Escondido issues that we have been told will be settled and approved shortly . Once final approvals has been given, a Construction Permit will be issued by the City of Escondido, allowing us to begin construction. We are expecting to receive the permit in the next two to three weeks. The construction contract for the five million dollar project has been signed with general contractor “Zigmen/Shields” of San Diego. The Building should be ready for use in approximately one year. I will give you further updates as we progress.
