Siéntate en la cama y apóyate en la
almohada con la espalda recta, la cabeza
erguida y el mentón cerca al cuello.
Presiona juntas las palmas de tus manos en
frente del pecho. Coloca una mano sobre
otra y presiónalas continuamente. Empieza
a respirar profundamente y de manera
lenta durante 2 o 3 minutos. Luego, haz una
respiración profunda, retén el aire y vuelve

Feng Shui . Según esta disciplina, el modo en que coloquemos los objetos en los lugares en los que habitamos
deben tener una disposición propicia para la calma y el
equilibrio. Y como no, el dormitorio donde pasamos un
tercio de nuestro día y donde transcurre una acción vital
tan importante como es el descanso, requiere unas condiciones especiales.
La cama centro de nuestro dormitorio, es el elemento
más importante del mismo, por eso debe organizarse
todo el conjunto en torno a ella, guardando unas proporciones óptimas dentro de la estancia. Nuestro cabecero, según el Feng Sui, debe estar orientado hacia
el norte, pues aporta salud y energía vital. Sin embargo
este nunca debe estar ni debajo de una ventana, porque
transmite desprotección, ni tampoco en zonas donde
exista confluencia de agua (por ejemplo tuberías) ya que
el flujo de agua interfiere en el
buen sueño nocturno.
Además dentro del dormitorio existen otros objetos que
pueden perturbar el descanso, como los que inciten a
laactividad y al nerviosismo (ordenadores, mesas de trabajo, aparatos de deporte…etc.), o espejos, que suscitan
un efecto similar al producir una multiplicación de nuestra imagen y movimiento.
Los muebles mejor idénticos y a ambos lados de la cama
cuidando las premisas de simetría y equilibrio, sobre
todo si dormimos en pareja. Para decorar, lo ideal son
objetos que nos evoquen recuerdos positivos, y debemos prescindir de las plantas, que proporcionan según el
Feng Shui un exceso de energía.

Feng Shui. According to this discipline, the objects in
the places we inhabit should be arranged in a way that
brings calm and balance. No doubt our bedroom, where
we spend a third of our day and where a vital action as
important as rest takes place, requires special conditions.
The bed is the center of our bedroom and the most important element in it, so the whole layout must be organized around it, keeping the right proportions inside
the room. Our headboard, according to Feng Shui, must
be oriented to the north, as it provides vital health and
energy. But it should never be placed under a window
because it can transmit vulnerability, or in areas with
water convergence (such as pipes) since the water flow
interferes with a good night sleep.
Besides, there are other objects in the bedroom that
can hinder rest, as they can stimulate action and nervousness (computers, desks, sports equipment …), or
mirrors, which produce a similar effect with a multiplication of our image and movement.
It is best to have twin pieces of furniture on both sides of
the bed, keeping the premises of symmetry and balance,
especially if you sleep with your partner. Objects that
evoke positive memories will make an ideal decor, but
plants should be avoided since, according to Feng Shui,
they provide excess energy.
