Nos encontraremos todos en Barcelona, en la
terminal de Grimaldi Lines en el puerto de
Barcelona, para ir directos hacia el ferry (sale a
las 10:00, nos encontramos a las 7:00).

Welcome to SCRAM Africa 2016
We'll meet in Barcelona, at the Grimaldi Lines
terminal of the Barcelona Port, to embark
direct to the ferry to Morocco (the ship
departs at 10:00, we'll meet there at 7:00).

Arrival and drive to Chaouen
El ferry llega al puerto de Tanger Med sobre las
10:30h. Tras el cruce de la aduana, tomaremos
rumbo a Chaouen, donde pasaremos la primera
noche en Marruecos. Noche en hotel.
The ferry arrives in the port of Tanger Med
about 10: 30h. After the customs procedures,
we will drive to Chefchaouen, where we spend
the first night in Morocco.

Tomando algunas pequeñas pistas por el Atlas,
iremos hacia el este dirección al Plateau de
Rekkam. La ruta finalizará en Tazza, en las
puertas del Rekkam.
We take some small tracks on the Atlas, while
driving east towards the Plateau de Rekkam.
The route ends in Tazza, at the gates of Rekkam
Plateau.

Tomaremos rumbo de pleno al Plateau de
Rekkam para disfrutar de sus increíbles e
infinitas pistas. La etapa de hoy será una
primera toma de contacto con el desierto, ideal
para empezar a calentar la montura y el cuerpo
para las intensas etapas de offroad que están
por venir!
We will drive straight into the Rekkam Plateau
to enjoy its incredible and infinite tracks.
Today's stage will be a first contact with the
desert, a good time to start heating the bike
and the body for the intense offroad stages to
come!

Intensa etapa hoy a través de una de las rutas
más míticas de Marruecos: la pista de Merzouga
a Zagora. Hoy realizaremos la mitad de esta
ruta, pasando por Ramilia. Tendremos aventura
y acción en toda regla: pistas retantes, pleno
desierto, arena... ¡un reto en toda regla!
Challenging stage today through one of the
most legendary routes in Morocco: the track
from Merzouga to Zagora. Today we'll take half
of this route, passing Ramilia. We'll have lots of
adventure and action: challenging tracks, the
desert, sand... real adventure!

Más desierto y más offroad, para un día
espectacular de pistas rumbo al suroeste por
una de las rutas por donde discurría el rally
Dakar. Una ruta llena de retos para todos. Una
etapa de conducción y disfrute a los mandos de
nuestras motos Scram, que finalizará con un
pequeño enlace de asfalto hacia Mhamid, cerca
de las dunas de Erg Cheggaga, en pleno
desierto.
More and more offroad desert for a
spectacular day driving southwest by one of the
routes through which ran the Dakar rally. A
route full of challenges for everyone. A real
pleasure to drive our Scram motorcycles in this
scenery. We'll end the day in Mhamid, town
near the Erg Cheggaga dunes, in the desert.

Hoy toca una ruta cerca de la impresionante
zona de Erg Cheggaga, atravesando el Oasis
Sagrado y el majestuoso lago seco de Iriki. Tras
la comida, proseguiremos la ruta hasta Foum
Zgid, donde pasaremos la noche.

Dejamos atrás la arena pero no por ello el
entretenimiento. Por delante tenemos una
etapa interesante hasta Boumalen Dadés, en la
que nos adentraremos por las montañas,

to Boumalen Dades, where we'll drive through
the Atlas, crossing the winding and spectacular

Por delante tenemos una etapa interesante a
través de las montañas. Iniciaremos cruzando
las gargantas de Dadés y elevándonos hasta los
altos puertos de montaña del Atlas, vía Agoudal,
donde cruzaremos hacia el noreste rumbo a
Midelt a través de serpenteantes carreteras,
destino de nuestro día de hoy.
Ahead we have an interesting stage through the
mountains that begins crossing the Dades
gorges and driving up to the high mountain
passes of the Atlas. In Agoudal we head
northeast driving winding and small roads,
towards Midelt.

Día de navegación. Llegaremos al puerto de
Barcelona sobre la noche, donde nos
despediremos hasta la próxima edición.
Today's stage is approaching north, and runs
entirely through asphalted main roads. We drive
the distance between Midelt and Tanger Med to
embark directly on the ferry to Barcelona.

Day on the ship. We arrive at the port of
Barcelona at night, where we say goodbye until
the next year's edition!

Payment and sign-up conditions:
In order to sign-up in the SCRAM Africa, it will be mandatory to fill out the registration form and pay a non-refundable
deposit of 400 EUR. The rest of the payment must be made before the 1st March 2016.
Cancellations prior to 15th March 2016 have a surcharge of 25%. Cancellations prior to 10th April 2016 have a surcharge of
60%. Cancellations before 30th April 2016 have a surcharge of 100%

La organización proveerá un roadbook del viaje
completo. No obstante, será obligatorio que
cada motorista disponga de un
aparato GPS capaz de cargar los tracks GPX
del viaje (proporcionados por la organización).
The staff will provide a complete roadbook for
the whole trip. Anyway, it will be
mandatory for each motorcyclist to
have a GPS able to load the GPX tracks for
the whole trip (provided also by the staff).
La navegación por GPS será opcional,
pero será obligario disponer de uno
por seguridad.
Navigate using GPS will be optional,
but it will be mandatory to owe one
for security reasons.
