Total price per room depending on hotel category, number of nights and persons. Tax included.
This price includes the stay in a three or four stars hotel, in full board (buffet all services) with water,
including as well a special dinner on Saturday 9th of June in Playa Park hotel for all the people participating
in the event.
The price includes bus transfers from hotel to Sports Hall during the three days of competition, Thursday
7th, Friday 8th and Saturday 9th of June.
Does not include transfer from airport to hotel (please check transportation-travel plans below).
The reservations for the three hotels must be made by email at Playa Park Hotel, before the 30th of April
2007.
The payment will be made by bank transfer to the bank account of the hotel which number will be given to
the guest when confirmed the booking.
Cancellation fees:
Until 14 days before the arrival date: 10 € for administrative fees.
Until 7 days before the arrival date: the price of one night.
Less than 7 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

10. ACCREDITATION AND PASSPORT CONTROL
The delegations will be accredited ones they arrive to competition. The accreditation
and passport control will be held in the competition office. Competition office is
inside the competition hall.
At accreditation you need:
• Check correct names of the competing gymnasts, coaches and choreographs
• Passports of all gymnasts
• Make any necessary payments
