Annual Report - El Paso ISD Foundation
Celebrating 20 years of enhancing the quality of education for all students The EPISD Education Foundation was established in 1994 to provide opportunities for excellence in education, promote innovation in teaching, and partner with the community to enhance the education for all students. Since our inception 20 years ago, the EPISD Education Foundation has awarded more than $1.4 million in college scholarships and classroom impact grants, including $78,500 in scholarships and $14,991 in classroom grants this year. In this 20th anniversary year, the EPISD Education Foundation is pleased to add three additional areas of priority to benefit our students: STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), Fine Arts and Athletics. We are further pleased to report that we have affiliated with the Paso del Norte Foundation to manage contributions to ensure maximum transparency Thank you donors! The EPISD Education Foundation is grateful for every gift made to further our mission. We extend our sincere appreciation to our major donors this past year. Donors sponsored the Battle at the Sun Bowl, Walk/Run, Bowling and Golf events and made gifts and grants for scholarships and classroom impact grants. These contributions are important investments in the future of our students and our community. Thank you! and accountability. We look forward to reaching out to and engaging our entire EPISD and business community to enhance the quality of education for all students. $10,000 El Paso Electric Hunt Family Foundation Price’s Give ‘Em Give United Blood Services $7,500 Texas Gas Service $5,000+ Del Sol Medical Center The Princeton Review $2,500+ Bravo Cadillac Morgan Stanley, Kyong Peterson Sierra Providence Health Network The Princeton Review Shari and Stuart Schwartz Shiloff Family Foundation $1,000+ Anonymous Blanco Ordoñez & Wallace Carl Daniel Architects, Inc.
