MIC-A2 automatic bottle blow molding
machine is suitable for producing PET
plastic containers and bottles from 102000ml. It is widely used to produce the
pure water, mineral water, carbonated
drink bottles, pesticide bottles, oil bottles
cosmetics, wide-mouth bottles etc.
 Adopting double crank to adjust
molds, heavily locking molds stable and
fast, using infrared oven to heat the
preforms. The preforms are rotated and
heated equally.
 The air system has been divided
into two parts: pneumatic action part and
bottle blowing part to meet the different
requirements for the action and blow. It can
provide sufficient and steady high pressure
for blowing large irregular shaped bottles.
 The machine is also equipped with
muffler and oiling system to lubricate the
mechanical part of the machine.
 The machine can be operated in the
step-by-step mode and the semi-automatic
mode.
 The machine is small with low
investment, easy and safe to operate.

MIC-A2 soplador de moldeo automático es
adecuado para la producción de envases y
botellas de 10-2000ml de plástico PET. Es
ampliamente utilizado para producir
botellas para agua pura, agua mineral,
bebidas carbonatadas, de plaguicidas, de
aceite, de cosméticos, de boca ancha, etc.
 La adopción de doble manivela para
ajustar el molde, bloqueando moldes estable
y rápidamente, horno de infrarrojos para
calentar preformas. Las preformas se giran y
se calientan por igual.
 El sistema de aire se ha dividido en
dos partes: la de acción neumática y la de
soplado para satisfacer las diferentes
necesidades de acción y de soplado. Puede
proporcionar suficiente y constante presión
alta para el soplado de botellas grandes de
forma irregular.
 La máquina también está equipada
con silenciador y sistema de engrase para
lubricar la parte mecánica de la máquina.
 La máquina puede funcionar en el
modo de paso a paso y el modo semiautomático
.
 La máquina es pequeña, con baja
inversión, fácil y seguro para operar.

Installation/ Training:
The installation can be provided by the MIC Company. It must be after shipment and machine has arrived and factory must be ready
equipped with all necessary requirements before booking installation with MIC company. Our engineers will come to the site for the
complete and final installation. During the installation session, a one day training course will be provided to the customer to the
customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The purchase at US$80/person/day plus all local transportation,
accommodation, air tickets (round trip). Day charges include travel days.
