MCI ILUMINA EL ORCHARD RESIDENCE, SINGAPUR
Recientemente, Mundocolor Iluminación Técnica ha finalizado otro de sus
grandes proyectos en la isla de Singapur.
El proyecto ha consistido en la instalación de 900 metros de Ledfloodstrip®
80 LEDS/m blanco frío, en la sección del pabellón, y 700 metros de
Ledfloodstrip® 80 LEDS/m blanco frío en los cristales con forma de aletas
del Orchard Residence.
Orchard Residences, con una altura de 218 metros, es un complejo residencial de 56 plantas en el que se albergan un total de 175 residencias (del piso
9 al 54), de los cuales cuatro son áticos.
El edificio situado en el Orchard Boulevard (una de las zonas comerciales y
de entretenimiento más importante de la isla de Singapur), está integrado
dentro del famoso Centro Comercial Ion Orchard y justamente encima de
la estación Orchard MRT.

En el centro comercial Ion Orchard es un de los más conocidos de la zona, y
en el se pueden encontrar alrededor de 350 tiendas entre las que cabe
destacar las de alto standing como; Gucci, Armani, Cartier, Prada, Agnes b.
Voyage, Burberry, Dolce&Galbana, etc.
En el 2009 el Ion Orchard fue premiado con el MIPIM Awards en Cannes.
Los MIPIM Awards premian desde 1991 a los proyectos inmobiliarios más
destacados. Se otorgan premios en varias categorías: grandes proyectos
urbanos, edificios de oficinas, uso mixto, regeneración y planificación,
comercio y ocio, edificios en altura y residencial.

EL CASINO DE LA CONCEPCIÓN
EN SANTIAGO DE CHILE, INAUGURA ILUMINACIÓN
Tal y como ya anunciábamos en el MCI NEWS de mayo, el Casino de la
Concepción, situado a 300 KM de la capital, Santiago de Chile, acaba de
inaugurar recientemente la iluminación con cambio de color en la fachada
del edificio.
En total se han suministrado
más de 600 metros de
Ledfloodstrip® RGB, instalados
en un foseado especial de los
exteriores del casino, trazando
el perímetro del casino y
proporcionado
una
luz
continua y de alto rendimiento.
Además en la parte exterior del
casino y con motivo navideño
se han colocado varios metros
de Mundo cordón plus LED
para decorar los árboles que
rodean el edificio.

GRUPO MCI LIGHT UP THE ORCHARD RESIDENCE
Mundocolor Iluminación Tecnica recently realized yet another prestigious
project in the island nation of Singapore.
The project has 900 meters of Ledfloodstrip® 80 LEDS/M cold white
installed in the Canopy Section and 700 meters of Ledfloodstrip® 80
LEDS/M cold white installed in the glass fins section of the Orchard
Residence.
The Orchard Residences is a 56 stories high-rise residential condominium
which is integrated into the ultra high end Ion Orchard shopping mall. The
Ion Orchard Shopping Mall host world renowned brands such as Gucci,
Giorgio Armani, Cartier, Prada, Agnes b. Voyage, Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana, etc. amount many others in 350 retail stores.
The Orchard Residence is located right above the Orchard MRT Station at
the prime Orchard Road shopping and entertainment district of Singapore.

The Orchard Residences will be the tallest building along the shopping
district, standing at 218 meters.
The Orchard Residence has a total of 175 residential units from the ninth
floor to the 54th floor, four of which are penthouses. During the first phase
of the sale, the units were sold for an average of 19.031€ per square meter.
Mundocolor Iluminación Tecnica is proud to be part of this stunning

NEW COLOR CHANGING FAÇADE LIGHTING AT
CASINO DE LA CONCEPCIÓN FROM SANTIAGO DE CHILE
As we already announce on the last MCI NEWS from may, Casino de la
Concepción, located 300km outside the capital of Chile, Santiago de Chile,
has inaugurated a new and spectacular LED lighting system with changing
color in the façade of its impressive building.
Grupo MCI has participated in
this project providing more
than
600
meters
of
Ledfloodstrip® RGB installed in
the drawers of the outdoor
walls of the casino. This will light
up the perimeter of the casino,
giving the building a dynamic
and modern look.
Mundocolor Iluminación Decorativa, the ornamental division
lighting of Grupo MCI, has provided to this project more than
240 meters of luminous curtains that will offer a great decorative impact at he entrance of
the casino.

ORCHARD RESIDENCE MIS EN LUMIERE PAR MCI
Mundocolor Iluminacion Técnica vient de réaliser un nouveau grand projet
sur l'île de Singapour.
Le projet a consisté en l'installation de 900 mètres de Ledfloodstrip® 80
LEDs/m blanc froid pour le batiment et 700 mètres de Ledfloodstrip® 80
LEDs/m blanc froid intégrés aux vitres en formes d'ailes de l'Orchard
Residence.
Orchard Residences est un complexe résidentiel de 218 mètres de haut, 56
étages hébergeant un total de 175 résidences (de l'appartement 9 au 54).
L'édifice, situé sur le boulevard Orchard (une des zones commerciales et de
loisirs les plus importantes de Singapour), est intégré dans le fameux
Centre Commercial Ion Orchard et juste au-dessus de la station Orchard
MRT.

DE LA CONCEPTION A SANTIAGO DU CHILI
Comme annoncé dans le MCI NEWS du mois de mai, le casino de la
Conception, situé à 300km de la capitale, Santiago du Chili, vient
d'inaugurer sa façade lumineuse avec changements de couleurs.
Au total, plus de 600 mètres de

et diffusent une lumière
