Join our team for an amazing 7 day all-inclusive surf and Pilates retreat in Strand, Cape Town, South Africa. You will
go home refreshed and feeling great!! We cater for all levels of surfing and our surf coaches are very experienced
and great at their job. We always have salt in our hair and sand on our feet, we respect nature, we push ourselves
to progress, we are very passionate about surfing and the surf lifestyle and we would love for you to join us! We
also take photos of you during your time surfing, and hope to send back some good pictures with you! Our Retreat

Términos y condiciones
1. Full payment is required 7days prior of commencement date.
2. 50% deposit is required upon booking if outside of 7 days, balance is due 7 days in advance of commencement
date.
3. 30% of full tour cost is non-refundable, but is transferable within 6 months at a fee of $40.
4. Booking is essential and must be made prior to the tour date you wish.
5. Bookings are subject to availability.
6. Bookings cancelled by customer outside 7 days of Surf Tour departure date will result in 30% of full tour cost
being withheld but can be used to re-schedule surf tour date within 6 months.
7. Bookings cancelled inside 24hrs of Surf Tour departure date or no-shows, customer will be charged and liable for
100% of full tour cost per person
8. New season prices commence 1st July each year. Prices are correct at time of printing and are subject to change
without notice.
9. Cape Surf Retreat reserve the rights to cancel or postpone any tour, lesson or Program, in the unlikelihood of
this, customers will be offered a full refund or alternative dates.
10. Some Cape Surf Retreat products may require a minimum of 3 customers in order to run, we will advise you of
this at time of booking.
11. Payments can be made via cash or credit card (visa/MasterCard only). For bookings made by phone or balance
payments made by credit card a 2% surcharge applies.
12. No refunds will be offered for any persons that change their tour or reduce the duration of their tour once it has
commenced.
13. Cape Surf Retreat reserve the right to cancel, evict or refuse any persons that appear to be under the influence
of alcohol or other substances or for behavior that is dangerous or inappropriate on any of our tours.
14. Minimum numbers may apply on certain surf tours and certain times of the year; you will be advised of this
upon booking if applicable.
15. For all tours leaving from Cape Town with transfers included, there are minimum numbers for these transfers to
run. Alternative arrangements will be made in the event of low transfer numbers by train or another tour operator.
16. Please call to confirm your transfer/ tour details within 24 hours of your tour departing in case of any changes to
your itinerary. We also advise you to check your emails and have your phone switched on prior to your tour in case
we should need to contact you regarding your tour.
17. Cape Surf Retreat highly recommend you are covered by your own personal travel insurance as although we
have public liability which covers you whilst surfing you are not covered at other times.
