best possible environment for the youth of its community
through fun, fair play, and player improvement. PSC
knows no boundaries. Anyone can play and experience
the joy of playing soccer at PSC regardless of income
level.

The player’s parent/legal guardians) hereby consent and
agree that PSC, its officers, Directors, Commissioners,
coaches, other volunteers and Indianapolis Parks and
Recreation Department will not be liable for any injury
sustained by the player, while participating in any Club
activity and that such entities and persons have no
responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property. I also
authorize PSC to use my child’s photograph for Club
publications and website.
I also understand each family is expected to volunteer at
least three hours each season. Exceptions require a $25
