Delivery
Your gift will usually arrive within 1–2 weeks. An S symbol following
an item’s description indicates a shipping restriction. These items
may require additional delivery time or may not be available to
some locations. Complete shipping details for each of these gifts
are available at MyRibbonGift.com.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your gift selection, you
may return it within 180 days for an exchange. A Gift Card purchaser
may return a Gift Card within 180 days of purchase for an exchange
or refund.
Availability
Selections are updated with each new program year. Inventory is
replenished throughout the year with new, and sometimes different,
stock. If a gift is no longer in stock, we will substitute a similar item
of equal or greater quality and value at no additional cost.
