STAFF APPRECIATION WEEK (SAW)
May 7th – 11th
We Need Your Help!!!!
Let’s show our Beall staff how much we appreciate them taking care of our
children!!!! There are 3 ways you can help us celebrate SAW and they are:
1) Send in a picture or note of appreciation from your child to be used as
decoration between April 16- May 4. Put it in an envelope marked PTA/SAW.
2) Bring in items each day of the week for your favorite Beall Dragons. See list
below. Don’t forget the library, cafeteria & maintenance staff : )
3) Bring in food or gift card (GC) donations. Go to the following link to sign up:
http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0C4FA5A72AA13‐staff. GCs need to be
turned in prior to 5/7. Please put your GC in its envelope and then put it
inside another envelope marked with PTA/SAW. Please drop it off in the
front office.
Please have your child bring the following items in during SAW to show their
support and appreciation for their favorite Beall Dragons.
Mon May 7:
Gift cards not sent in previously
Tues May 8:
A flower for your favorite Beall dragons
Wed May 9:
A picture or drawing for your favorite Beall dragons
Thur May 10:
A note of appreciation for your favorite Beall dragons
Fri May 11:
A piece of candy for your favorite Beall dragons

2. 可以在谢师周期间为你喜爱的Beall Dragons带一件礼物（参见下面）。不要忘了图书馆，
咖啡厅和那些负责学校维护工作的员工们：）；
3. 可以提供礼物卡或者食品。可以到该网址注册
http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0C4FA5A72AA13‐staff。如果提供礼物卡，请在5/7之
前送到学校。请将礼物卡放在一个信封中，并将其放入另一信封，注明PTA/SAW。请送到
学校办公室。

谢。

五月8 日，星期二：为你喜爱的 Beall Dragons 准备一束花
五月9日，星期三：为你喜爱的 Beall Dragons 准备一幅画
五月10日，星期四：为你喜爱的 Beall Dragons 准备一张表达谢意的字卡
五月11日，星期五：为你喜爱的 Beall Dragons 准备一块糖

Semana de Apreciación al personal (SAW) Mayo 7 – 11
Necesitamos de su ayuda!!
Vamos a mostrar a nuestro personal de Beall lo mucho que apreciamos el cuidado de nuestros niños! Hay
3 maneras de ayudar a celebrarSAW y son los siguientes:
1. Enviar una imagen o una nota de agradecimiento de su hijo para ser utilizado como decoración
entre abril 16-mayo 4. Poner en un sobre marcado PTA/SAW.
2. Trae artículos cada día de la semana para tus dragones favoritos de Beall. Ver la lista a
continuación. No te olvides de la biblioteca, cafetería y mantenimiento del personal : )
3. Lleve donaciones de comida o tarjeta de regalo (GC). Vaya al siguiente enlace para registrarse:
http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0C4FA5A72AA13-staff. GC necesita ser entregado antes de mayo 7. Por
favor, ponga su tarjeta de regalo (GC) en el sobre y luego dentro de otro sobre marcado PTA / SAW. Por
favor, dejarlo en la oficina principal.
Por favor, que su niño traiga los siguientes elementos durante SAW para mostrar su reconocimiento y apoyo
a sus dragones favoritos de Beall.
Lunes 07 de mayo: Las tarjetas de regalo no enviadas anteriormente
Martes 08 de mayo: Una flor para sus dragones favoritos de Beall
Miércoles 9 de mayo: Una imagen para sus dragones favoritos de Beall
Jueves 10 de mayo: Una nota de agradecimiento para sus dragones favoritos de Beall
Viernes 11 de mayo: Un pedazo de caramelo para sus dragones favoritos de Beall
