Corporate Governance Organization Chart • Banco Estado is a state-owned financial institution, operating as an autonomous entity governed by Organic Law. • Eight Senior Management Committee. • We are supervised by the Superintendency of Banks and the regulations of the Central Bank. • Organic Law entitles the President of Chile to appoint 6 of the 7 members of the Board of Directors and all 3 voting members of the Executive Committee (General Counsel is a non-voting position). • Our Directive Board oversees the Bank’s policies and operations and is in charge of its oversight (dirección superior).
