PROVIANTEN is located centrally on the riverside wharf in Mandal and is one of the district's finest and
most popular restaurants. Provianten is a culinary workshop with an artisan bakery, delicatessen, coffee
roaster, micro­brewery and pottery.
In the craft bakery we work with authentic sour dough cultures and the stone oven are prominent
elements. In this regard we are seeking a skilful baker / pastry chef. You must be able to work independently
and be familiar with the sequence of operations in a small craft bakery/patisserie. It is an advantage to be a
non­smoker. We can offer a job in an inspiring environment together with competent colleagues ­ right by
