CARACTERISTICAS DE LAS AGUAS DEL BALNEARIO
Agua mineromedicinal sulfatada, sódico-cálcica, hipotermal y de mineralización media. Indicadas para tratamientos
digestivos y metabólicos, mejoran la actividad de la célula hepática. También idóneas para Terapias de adelgazamiento y
en procesos de estrés. La temperatura de surgencia es de 25 ºC.
THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS OF THE WATERS:
Mineral-medicinal, sulphated, sodium-calcium, hypothermal and medium mineralised water. Recommended for digestive
and metabolic treatments to enhance hepatic cell activity. Also suitable for weight-loss therapies and stress processes.
The emergence temperature is 25 ºC.

Complejo hidrotermal compuesto por dos piscinas activas de agua termal mineromedicinal, una interior y
otra exterior.
Activa la circulación, relaja la musculatura y produce una sensación de absoluta relajación y bienestar.
Cuenta con diferentes jacuzzis, camas y asientos individuales de masaje con burbujas, línea en serie
de chorros relajantes y descontracturantes, cortinas y cañones de agua, así como zonas de reposo. La
temperatura media del agua es de 32 a 34 ºC. y la profundidad entre 1.30 m. y 50 cm.

Capilla de San Pedro (Circuito de Contrastes)
Estancias únicas con beneficios para el organismo, tales como la estimulación sanguínea, termorregulación,
eliminación de toxinas, hidratación y descongestión de las vías respiratorias.
Es una recreación de la Capilla del Tesoro conocida también como la Capilla de San Pedro situada fuera
de la iglesia, lado sur, del Monasterio de Valbuena, siglo XIII. La palabra tesoro hace referencia a un
pequeño aposento o hueco situado en lo alto. Se cree que sirvió de capilla funeraria y todavía conserva
algunos sarcófagos de piedra.
Es un recorrido atendido en todo momento por nuestro personal de balneario, en él podemos disfrutar de
sauna, duchas bitérmicas, pediluvio, pozas de agua fría y caliente, hammam, fuente de hielo y finalizar en
una sala de reposo donde podrán disfrutar de infusiones y frutas junto a la chimenea.

A hydrothermal complex composed of two mineral-medicinal thermal pools, inside and outside.
Activates the blood flow, relaxes the muscles and produces a feeling of absolute tranquillity and well
being. The facility features several jacuzzis, individual massage beds and seats with bubbles, series of
rows of relaxing and tension-relieving jets, water curtains and cannons and relax areas. The average
water temperature is 32 to 34 ºC and the depth lies between 1.30 m and 50 cm.

Chapel of San Pedro (Circuit of Contrast)
This is a recreation of the Capilla del Tesoro (The Chapel of Treasure), also known as the Chapel of San
Pedro, located to the south of the church of the 13th century Monastery of Valbuena. The word treasure
refers to a small room or space located at the top. It is believed to have served as a funeral chapel and
still features several stone coffins.
Unique spas benefitting the organism in the form of blood flow stimulation, heat regulation, the elimination
of toxins, hydration and decongestion of the respiratory tracts.
Assistance is provided by the personnel manning our spa, where you can enjoy a sauna, bi-thermal

CONDICIONES GENERALES DE LA ZONA DE CONTRASTES:
Grupos mínimos de 4 personas y máximo de 8, atendidos por un terapeuta.
Imprescindible reserva previa en recepción del balneario.
Está prohibido hacer ruido, correr, saltar o utilizar la piscina como zona de juego. Tiempo total del recorrido: 1 hora y 30 minutos. Incluye
albornoz y toalla.
NORMAS Y RECOMENDACIONES:
Por higiene es obligatorio ducharse antes de entrar en las aguas y recomendable no hacerlo hasta pasadas dos horas para beneficiarse
al máximo de sus propiedades.
Acceso exclusivo con ropa, gorro y calzado de baño.
Obligatorio uso de pañales de agua para bebés y niños con incontinencia.
Prohibido acceso con cámaras fotográficas y teléfonos móviles. Pueden depositar sus objetos de valor en nuestras taquillas.
Niños menores de 12 años deben estar acompañados por un adulto responsable.
Está en una zona de relax, por respeto a los usuarios, está prohibido, gritar, correr, saltar o utilizar la piscina como zona de juego.
Estancia máxima por día de 3 horas para adultos y 2 horas para niños.
CONDICIONES GENERALES:

Es necesario acudir a la cita del tratamiento 5 min antes de la misma.
El orden de los tratamientos lo marcará el centro. En caso de retraso del cliente, los tratamientos serán realizados durante menos tiempo y

To ensure hygienic conditions a shower must be taken prior to entering the water, and we recommend waiting two hours to do so in order
to take full advantage of its properties.
Exclusive access with clothing, cap and bathing footwear.
The use of water nappies for incontinent babies and children is mandatory.
Cameras and mobile phones are not permitted in the premises. You may leave your valuables in our lockers.
Children under 12 years of age should be accompanied by a responsible adult.
You are in a relax area where shouting, running, jumping and using the pool as a games area is prohibited in order to respect other users.
Maximum stay: 3 hours for adults and 2 hours for children respectively.
