3.5 or more gallons per flush. Check inside of tank for date.
• If you live in a single-family home, condominium, townhome, duplex, or mobile
home you are eligible to participate.

• Customers with a confirmation # are asked to be at event
before 11am. After 11am, toilets will be distributed on a first
come, first served basis.
PICK UP NEW TOILETS
PROFLO®
High-Efficiency
Toilet
• You must bring your current water bill and photo ID.
• Please do not bring old toilets on the day you pick up your new FREE toilet.
• Customers are eligible for up to TWO FREE toilets.
INSTALL NEW TOILETS
• Install the new high-efficiency toilets within two weeks of
pick-up date. NO EXCEPTIONS!
RETURN OLD TOILETS
• Return old toilets on Saturday, June 16, 2012 to the pick-up location.
