Ingeniero técnico encargado en la definición y organización de las operaciones y los
procesos de la planta. Así mismo, el candidato estará encargado de la activación e
implementación de los recursos humanos.

Our client, an international industrial company, leader in its area, is looking for a Plant Director.
Objectives :
You will report to the managing director of the operating unit and functionally to the production
management of the division. Within our matrix organization you will receive support on local and
divisional level. Major business objectives are market supply on time, on quality and on costs,
plant reorganization and a continuous improvement process.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA OFERTA:
The plant needs stabilizing of the daily operations, definition of clear organizational procedures,
activation of human resources and a midterm improvement concept. Later will be driven by
divisional standards and supported by experts.
Therefore, you will ensure :
- "As is analysis" and definition of the improvement roadmap with OU and division plant
management.

- A good labor relations climate.
- Activation, Integration and Involvement of the plant management team.
- Transparency on plant output and input on a per shift level.
- Update and execution of plant and division communication standards (shift handover, morning
meetings, interface to local OU, …)
- Update and execution of division standards on Health, Safety and Environment; on product
quality and certification.
- Plan and act based on corporate values and principles.
- Participation in divisional improvement programs.
QUE BUSCAMOS:
- University Master's degree (preferably Technical Manager or Industrial Engineer).
- A sustainable experience as a plant director in the industrial process manufacturing field is
required.
- Experience on (re-)organization is needed (either from a growth business or a restructuring
program).
- Proven success in world class manufacturing or lean approaches is most welcome.
- Fluent in French, Dutch, English and any other European languages are essential within an
international environment.
- Social skills:
o Political and communication skills to address matrix organization while keeping a strong plant
identity.
o Ambitious in setting and fulfilling objectives.
o Hands on management linked with insisting on sustainability.
o Middle Manager and team development.
o Development of a performance and improvement driven culture in the plant.
o Management of the local workers council and unions.

TECNICO EN MANTENIMIENTO INTINERANTE
PUESTO:
Se busca ingeniero técnico industrial especialización en electromagnética con
experiencia en instalación y / o mantenimiento de equipos electromagnéticos. El
candidato estará adjunto al Director de Operaciones y será responsable de instalar y
mantener los equipos, directamente para los clientes en Bélgica y en ocasiones en el
extranjero (Francia, España).

Nous intervenons sur toute la chaîne de valorisation du Biogaz, proposant des installations clefs
en main de production d'énergie renouvelable.
Dans le cadre de notre développement Européen, nous recherchons un Technicien de
Maintenance Itinérant.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA OFERTA:
Rattaché(é) au Directeur d'Exploitation, vous êtes chargé(e) d'installer et de maintenir les
équipements, directement sur les sites de nos clients en Belgique et et ponctuellement à
l'étranger (France, Espagne).

Dans ce cadre :
- Vous réalisez l'ensemble des actions nécessaires à l'installation et à la mise en service des
équipements,
- Vous réalisez les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective (intervention sur
électrovannes, compresseurs, microturbines, groupes froids, sondes...),
- Vous garantissez l'atteinte des objectifs fixés (performances, délais, etc.) et rédigez vos
rapports d'intervention,
- Vous œuvrez dans le respect des engagements réglementaires et sécuritaires,
- En tant qu'interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) de nos clients, vous êtes un relais technique et
fournissez des réponses pertinentes à leurs demandes
QUE BUSCAMOS:
De formation technique de type Graduat en Electromécanique, vous justifiez au minimum d'une
première expérience réussie en installation et/ou maintenance de matériels électromécaniques.
Vous vous appuyez sur de solides compétences techniques (électromécanique, électricité,
automatisme) et maîtrisez idéalement les interventions sur des équipements tels que
microturbines, compresseurs, échangeurs, piping, instrumentation, etc. Vous êtes habitué(e) à
intervenir de façon autonome sur sites clients. Disponibilité, réactivité et goût pour la technique
vous permettront de mener à bien vos missions. Anglais opérationnel dans le cadre des
relations fournisseurs.
