Fee: $55.00 4 Understanding Licensing Regula ons This workshop is designed for center sponsors, directors and lead staff to know and implement the regula ons in the Manual of Requirements for Child Care Centers. This workshop meets the requirement for new directors and counts as 5 hours of staff training as required in 10:122‐4.7. Regarding lunch: a ½ hour lunch is allo ed in the training. Food is NOT allowed to be brought into the building, but a cafeteria is available on‐site with very reasonable prices. If you choose to bring your lunch, you may certainly eat it in your car. Fee: $15.00 6 REGISTRATION POLICIES & PROCEDURES Our commitment is to raise the quality of child care by providing a variety of educa‐
onal opportuni es for family child care providers, centers, school‐age programs, di‐
rectors, camps, parents, special needs programs and the general public. Training is offered in a central loca on and at mes that are convenient for par cipants. Provid‐
ers will receive a training schedule on a quarterly basis, along with registra on forms, at least three to four weeks prior to the first workshop. The registra on form is your commitment to a end. Make a copy and write down the me, date and loca on on your calendar. Community Child Care Solu ons will no fy you should it be necessary to cancel an event. We will return your payment to the address indicated on the regis‐
tra on if the event is cancelled. REGISTRATION AND FEES INFORMATION  Workshops are $15 for each par cipant and are non‐refundable (unless otherwise stated).  Mail in registra on form with fee (check or money order), postmarked by the deadline date.  Registration forms may also be found on our website: www.communitychildcaresolutions.org  Register early as most workshops fill up long before the deadline date.  Registra on and payment will not be accepted at the workshop site.  Phone registra ons are not accepted.  NEW POLICY: Only 6 (six) staff from each center will be allowed to register at the begin‐
ning of registra on. Subsequent staff will be put on a wai ng list. If there is room in the workshop at the me registra on closes, the wai ng list people will be no fied to see if they would s ll like to a end.  Workshops are filled on “first‐come‐first‐serve” basis, up to the maximum number of par cipants, so register early. ADDITIONAL NOTES:  Due to insurance issues and as a courtesy to the trainer, children will not be allowed into the workshops and/or allowed to wait in the building during workshops. For safety reasons no one is permi ed to wait in the lobby. Anyone dropping off passengers for the training must drop them off and return at the end of the training to retrieve them. Anyone le in the lobby will be asked to leave.  Community Child Care Solu ons reserves the right to cancel workshops at any me. Cuota de registro: $15.00 12 POLITICAS DE REGISTRACION Y PROCEDIMIENTOS Nuestro compromiso es mejorar la calidad del cuidado de menores, proporcionando una variedad de oportunidades educacionales para proveedores de cuidado de menores en familia, centros, programas para niños de edad escolar, directores, campamentos, padres, programas para niños con necesidades especiales y al público en general. Estos entrenamientos son ofrecidos en una ubicación central y en horarios que son convenientes para los par cipantes. Los Proveedores de cuidado de niños recibirán trimestralmente un programa con la lista de los entrenamientos que serán ofrecidos, junto con formas de registro, al menos tres a cuatro semanas antes del primer taller. La forma de registro es su compromiso de asistencia. Haga una copia y anote en su calendario la hora, la fecha y el lugar. Community Child Care Solu ons le no ficará a usted en caso necesario de la cancelación de un evento. REGISTRACION E INFORMACION DE HONORARIOS Los talleres enen un costo de $15 dólares por par cipante, el valor del taller no es reembolsable (a menos que sea es pulado previamente).
