Design gratings
Soluciones flexibles, innumerables ventajas
La posibilidad de realizar diferentes combinaciones
utilizando la misma parte inferior del sumidero,
proporciona muchas ventajas ya que, aporta una gran
variedad de soluciones constructivas y posibles
aplicaciones.
La parte inferior de acero inoxidable, que se fija en el
hormigón al inicio del proceso de instalación, está
protegida por una tapa de superficie muy lisa que facilita
el trabajo al operario durante la instalación. Además, las
bridas de acero inoxidable mantienen su forma hasta que
las baldosas u otros tipos de pavimentos hayan sido
instalados.
Soluciones constructivas para todo tipo de pavimentos
Para pavimentos embaldosados, existen diferentes tipos de
rejas con
marcos cuadrados de 150 x 150 mm y
200x200 mm.
Para pavimentos de hormigón o resina Epoxy , las rejas
disponibles son circulares y han sido diseñadas
especialmente para este tipo de pavimentos.
Para pavimentos de vinilo, ofrecemos unas rejas circulares
con brida de fijación.
Impermeabilización líquida (pinturas) o con láminas
impermeabilizantes (telas)
Es bien conocido el hecho de que el material utilizado
para la impermeabilización líquida se adhiere mejor al
acero inoxidable y, por consiguiente, los sumideros de
acero inoxidable son la mejor solución para pavimentos
con este tipo de impermeabilización.

Approved drains - even for low
built-in height
BLÜCHER have succeeded in designed the lowest
possible drain approved in accordance with EN 1253.
The drain is suitable for use where installation height
is limited while maintaining the 50 mm water seal
height as specified in EN 1253. A water seal height
of 50 mm reduces the risk of unpleasant odours from
the drain, and with the low built-in height there is no
need to ask the authorities for exemptions to use drain
products not complying with the standards.
Choosing a drain with the best functionality is a good
investment, because replacing a wrong solution later
on will be almost impossible. Therefore professionals

The ability to create multiple drain solutions using
the same lower part provides numerous advantages,
since the same lower part can be used with a large
variety of mounting sets.
The stainless steel lower part which is casted
into the concrete early in the building process, is
protected by a cover that provides a smooth surface
for the workers during building. In addition, the
stainless steel membrane flanges retain their shape
until tiles or other final flooring has been installed.
Mounting sets for all floors
Available for tiled floors are mounting sets with
square frames 150x150 mm and 200x200 mm.
For concrete or epoxy flooring, a circular mounting
set designed specifically for this type of flooring is
available.
For vinyl floors we offer a circular mounting set with
clamping flange.
Liquid and sheet membrane
LOWER PART FOR
LIQUID MEMBRANES
It is a well-known fact that all liquid membrane
material adheres better to stainless steel, therefore
stainless steel drains are the best solution for floors
with this type of membrane.
In addition, a clamping flange for sheet membranes
is also available as a standard solution.

Blücher ha diseñado el sumidero más bajo posible,
aprobado y de acuerdo con la Normativa EN1253.
Este sumidero es adecuado para su uso donde haya
limitaciones de altura, pero manteniendo los 50 mm de
retención de agua, tal como se especifica en dicha
normativa. Una retención de agua de 50 mm reduce el
riesgo de olores desagradables que pudieran producirse
en el sumidero y, a pesar de su poca altura, cumple
perfectamente con la normativa EN1253.
Seleccionar un sumidero con las mayores prestaciones
es la mejor inversión, ya que sustituir una solución
inadecuada puede resultar muy costoso. Por
