would like to offer a Mass for a particular intention, please use one of
these envelopes. You can drop them in the collection baskets at each
Mass, or bring them to the office on Tues., Wed., or Fri. from 1 to 6
pm. Please submit your Mass intentions several
months in advance, if possible, so we can reserve your specific date
and Mass time of your choice.

NAZARETH" a las 9:00 am en el salón parroquial. Habrá pizza al
terminar el filme. Café y galletas estarán disponibles. Estaremos
aceptando donaciones para realizar una obra de misericordia: Dar
de comer al que tiene hambre. Con su apoyo, nuestra parroquia
proveerá una comida sencilla para un grupo de trabajadores del

On October 13, 2016, Thursday, the movie “MARY OF NAZARETH” will be shown from 9am to 11:30am at the Church Hall.
During the interval/break, a simple lunch of pizza, hot drinks, &
other goodies will be provided. We will be accepting donations
on that day for a work of mercy: “Feeding the Hungry.” With
your support, our parish will provide a simple meal for a group
of field workers. Come & enjoy this beautiful film, build community, & be a part of this work of mercy. For more info., please

There is a devotion called “Devoción a la Preciosisima Sangre de Nuestro
Senor Jesucristo” (there is a book with this same name). This is not to be
confused with the Divine Mercy devotion.
Bishop Garcia has not approved this “Devoción a la Preciosisima Sangre de Nuestro Senor Jesucristo” and its book with the same name, and he
does not intend to do so. There are many other devotions that have been
approved. This book and devotion has neither a Nihil Obstat nor an
Imprimatur from our U.S.A. Conference of Bishops.
If you know somebody who is using such book, please advise them
to put an end to this practice as soon as possible. Thank you.
HISPANIC CATECHISM BEGINS OCT. 2
Due to the many requests of Hispanic parents and the big number of
Hispanic students enrolled in catechism this school year, there will be 2
groups of Hispanic Catechism Classes. Group 1 will attend Sunday 3:304:45pm. Group 2 will attend Monday 6:30-7:45pm. Office will call parents to inform which group your child belongs. Classes begin October 2.

SUNDAY, 3:30-4:45PM.
Hay una “Devoción a la preciosísima sangre de Nuestro Señor Jesucristo” (Hay un libro con este mismo nombre). No debe confundirse con la
devoción a la Divina Misericordia.
El Obispo García no ha aprobado esta devoción y el libro con el mismo
nombre. Existen muchas otras devociones que sí están aprobadas. Este
libro “Devoción a la Preciosísima Sangre de Nuestro Señor Jesucristo” no tiene un
Nihil Obstat ni tampoco tiene Imprimatura desde nuestra Conferencia
de los Obispos de Los Estados Unidos.
Si conoce a alguien que está usando este libro, aconséjele que
no continúe realizando esta práctica. Gracias.
Debido a los múltiples requerimientos de los padres hispanos y el gran
número de estudiantes hispanohablantes registrados en el catecismo este
(7) año escolar, se les informa que habrá dos grupos de clases de catecismo
