Norwegian society as a whole, your government and the Labour

As most of the world, we Chileans hardly understand such a violent
act in a society that symbolizes peace, respect for human rights and
democracy.
We hope and trust that you will be able to overcome this dramatic
time and surge from it with more strength to preserve your values
and be an example to the world.
