VBC is the only control system allowing the top brush to perfectly follow the contour of the car,
including recesses and rear spoilers. The result is a substantial reduction of wash times, a better
and constantly uniform pressure on all types of surfaces, with a definitely superior wash quality,
compared to any other brush control systems in the market. Your customer will certainly notice
and appreciate the softness and smoothness of the wash process.
In most washing gantries, the top brush is controlled through on/off power signals; with these
systems the top brush moves in “steps” and cannot grant the best wash performance. Our
innovative system completely changes the way of controlling the top brush currently used in the
car wash industry, by introducing a new technique of Vectorial and Continuous Brush Control
which allows a complete integration between gantry and top brush movements.

Control VBC
VBC es el único sistema con el cual el cepillo horizontal sigue naturalmente la forma del vehículo,
incluídas las concavidades en descenso o el alerón posterior. Garantiza una reducción sustancial
de los tiempos de lavado, una mayor uniformidad de acción sobre todas las superficies y una
calidad netamente superior a la de los otros sistemas hasta hoy disponibles. Su cliente podrá
apreciar la gran suavidad y delicadeza de lavado.
En la mayor parte de los equipos, el control del cepillo horizontal se efectúa con una gestión
On/Off de las señales eléctricas, causando un movimiento caracterizado por “escalones” que
comprometen las prestaciones del lavado. Este innovador sistema cambia fundamentalmente los
métodos de control del cepillo horizontal comúnmente utilizados en el autolavado introduciendo
una técnica de control Vectorial y Contínuo que permite la integración total entre los movimientos
del puente y del cepillo horizontal.

Drying system with TSD/Secado con TSD
The exclusive TSD (Turbo Side Dryer) system
generates a third air flow that follows the
vehicle profile and is directly conveyed
towards the areas usually badly covered by
traditional drying systems. As a consequence,
the drying process has excellent results also
with high vehicles, like vans, SUVs and crosscountry vehicles. The TSD system is a standard
feature of all machines of the Pegasus range.
El sistema exclusivo TSD (Turbo Side Dryer),
genera un tercer flujo de aire que sigue el
perfil y permite cubrir la zona normalmente
más perjudicada con los sistemas de secado
tradicionales. De esta manera resulta excelente
inclusive el secado de vehículos altos, como
furgones, monovolumen y 4x4.
