As of January 1, 2017, you have a host of excellent health benefits to help you and your
family be your healthiest. In the new year, your benefits will be:

Everything you need to know about your new benefits is in your welcome packet that’s
coming in the mail before January 1st.
Urgent INFORMATION
FREE family coverage
Your eligible family members (spouse
and children) will now have health
coverage at no cost to you. But you
have to enroll them. You will receive an
enrollment form in your welcome packet.
Be sure to complete the form and return
it with the required documentation as
soon as possible. If your dependents are
already enrolled, the 32BJ Health Fund
has your information from Local 615.

early and discuss concerns. It’s easy to make an
appointment. And if you have a chronic condition, you
may be able to join our 5 Star Wellness Program to get
extra help and discounts on prescription co-pays.
