Registration forms sent by fax will not be admitted unless accompanied by a copy of the bank transfer receipt.

All cancellations should be written. Those received before the 01th June will have complete reimbursement except
10% penalty to cover administrative charges. From 01 st June 100% penalty.

Reimbursements will be affective once the meeting is over.
