1. Complete Bidding process will be online (e-tendering) in two envelope system. All the
Notifications & details terms and conditions regarding this tender notice hereafter will be
published online on web site http://mahatenders.gov.in
2. Bidding documents can be seen, downloaded & submitted from the website
http://mahatenders.gov.in from Date. 30/10/2014 hrs.10.00 to Date.12/11/2014 hrs.
11.00.
3. Bids must be accompanied with scanned copies of Receipts given by this Office on
Submission of Demand Drafts for Tender Fee & Earnest Money Deposit. (EMD) issued by
Nationalized/Schedule Bank. Bid shall be treated as invalid if scan copies of Receipts are
not submitted online along with the bid. The bidders are required to submit Demand Drafts
on the name of the “Administrative Officer & D.D.O., M.T.Section, Mumbai” towards
payment of Tender Fee & EMD On or Before Date.12/11/2014 before hrs.15:30.
4. Technical bids will be opened online on Date. 13/11/2014 Hrs. 11:00 at The office of
Deputy Commissioner of Police, Motor Transport Section, Shepherd Road, Nagpada,
Mumbai-400 008 on website http://mahatenders.gov.in
5. Tenderer should submit original Documents i.e. hard copies (those were uploaded
during bid preparation) for verification at the time of technical bid opening.
6. Tenderer should submit information & scanned copies in pdf format in Technical tender
as mentioned in technical offer.
7. Tenderer should upload Final rate (including VAT tax) in BOQ Form Online.
8. Time and date of opening of financial bids will be informed to the qualified bidder.
9. Tenderers should have valid class II / III Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) obtained
from any Certifying Authorities.
10. The Additional Commissioner of Police (A.P.), Naigaion, Mumbai-400014
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any
reason.
