Attention Parents/Guardians: Please remind,your child that testing w i l l be giaing on over the
course of the week and that every child must be on their best behavior in and out of the
classroom. Also, students needs as much rest as possible the evenings before testing. We
appreciate your time and effort i n preparing your child for testing.
C a r Rider Morning Drop o f f - W i t h the exception o f Pre-K, all car rider students must be
dropped off in the bus lanes in the mornings. Please do not drop off your child at the front
entrance of the school.
Informative Facility Meeting: Just as a reminder, the Fanning Howey Informative Facility
Meeting has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 16,2014, at 5:30 p.m.

Help Keep Us Safe! Walkers, car riders, and van riders should not arrive at school before
7:15 a.m. Supervision staff report at 7:15 a.m. and certified staff report at 7:45 a.m.
Checkin with the office before proceeding to another location in the building. You will receive a
"Visitor" identification badge at the office. We keep all exterior and classroom doors locked per
LRSD policies. Parents are always encouraged to visit their child's classroom during the day;
however, we ask that you do not interrupt the instructional process. Conferences should be
scheduled during a teacher's planning period. A l l teachers have planning time each day between
2:35 and 3:05 p.m. Other planning times are scheduled during the school day. Check with your
child's teacher to schedule a conference.

Atencion Padres o Tutores: Por favor recuerde a su hijo que los exainenes estaran pasando en el transcurso de
la semana y que cada nifto tiene que estar en su meior comportamiento en v afuera del salon. Tambien, los
estudiantes'necesit^n todo el descanso posible en las tardes antes de los examenes. Apreciamos su tiempo y
esfuerzo en preparar a su hijo para los examenes.
Lugar de Dejar a los Ninos que Vienen en Carro - Con la excepcion de estudiantes de Pre-Kinder, se tiene
que dejar a todos los estudiantes que vienen en carro en las lineas de autobus en las mananas. Por favor no
deje a su hijo en la entrada enfrente de la escuela.
Reunion Informativa de Edificio: Se he reprogramado la Reunion Informativa de Edificio de Fanning
Howey para el miercoles, el 16 de abril 2014 a las at 5:30 de la tarde. Se mandara a la casa con su hijo los
detalles adicionales de esta reunion.

antes de las 7:15 de la maflana. Los que supervisan a los ninos llegan a las 7:15 de la manana y los maestros
llegan a las 7:45 de la manana.
Registre en la oficina antes de que vayan a cualquier otro lugar en'el edificio. listed recibira un pase de
visitante en la oficina. Mantenemos todas las puertas exteriores y de los salones cerradas con Have segun las
politicas del DELR. Siempre animamos a los padres que visiten los salones dc sus hijos durante el dia escolar;
sin embargo, pedimos que no interrumpa el proceso de la instruccion. Se debe hacer las conferencias
durante el^tiempo de planeo del maestro. Todos los maestros tienen un tiempo de planeo cada dia entre las 2:35
