Surgical Estimates - $500! In Person Legal Conference - $250/15 minutes! Medical Records Review - $150/15 minutes ! IME - $1,000 with PPD Rating! New Patient 2nd Opinion - $1,054 (includes x-rays)! !Depositions - $1,500. This session includes time spent reviewing medical records prior to giving medical testimony (minimum of 15 minutes), conference with attorney, a facility fee and first hour of deposition. The rate of each additional hour increases by $300 per hour billed in 30 minutes increments (i.e. first hour at $1,500, second hour at $1,800 and third hour at $2,100).! !Video Depositions - $1,800.
