La construcción de la Línea 91/Perris Valley Line (PVL, por sus siglas en inglés), la cual
extenderá el servicio del tren de viajeros de Metrolink en la Línea 91, comenzó en octubre
de 2013. Dirigido por la Comisión de Transporte del Condado de Riverside (RCTC, por
sus siglas en inglés), la 91/PVL es la primera extensión del servicio de Metrolink desde
que se construyó la Línea Antelope Valley, en 1994. 91/PVL continuará el servicio de
tren 24 millas extendiendo el servicio de Riverside al sur de Perris con cuatro paradas a
