healthy food choices, emotional eating,
eating out and modifying recipes.

Paul has over 20 years of experience in the field of public
health and nutrition. He received his master’s degree in
Public Health Nutrition from Loma Linda University.
Diabetes Management
Heart Healthy Living
Laugh Away Your Stress
A 4 session class developed to teach diabetic patients and their families the causes,
treatments, and management of the disease. Topics will include the diabetic diet,
exercise, stress management and blood
glucose monitoring.
Join us as we discuss simple steps we can
take to help improve our cholesterol, and
blood pressure and reduce the risk or
progression of heart disease. A healthy
cooking demonstration will conclude this
class.
A class geared towards individuals experiencing stress overload symptoms. Join us
to learn fun and healthy ways to cope.

Blood Pressure Management
A class designed for individuals with a
basic knowledge of diabetic meal planning.
High blood pressure is a leading risk factor
for coronary artery disease, heart failure,
stroke, renal disease and diabetes. Join us
as we discuss lifestyle changes in controlling blood pressure.
