Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe
One of the most revered images of Mary, Our Lady of
Guadalupe, the symbol of the Catholic faith in the
New World. This mosaic was made in Mexico and is
bordered by a bronze frame of the “Burning Bush”-an
image recalling Mary’s virgin motherhood.
Underneath is an inscription of Our Lady’s words to
Juan Diego, to whom she appeared on
December 12, 1531.

Segunda Colecta Especial
Este Fin de Semana
7 y 8 de diciembre
Albergue Invernal para los Homeless
Fondo para la Jubilación
de Religiosos
Dec. 14th and 15th, 2013
Los religiosos y las religiosas ancianos están
necesitados de ayuda. Hermanas, hermanos y

Deus caritas est - The Greatest Gift that Remains
SecureGive Kiosk
You may have noticed there’s something new at the back of
the Cathedral. The machine to left of the doors is a
SecureGive kiosk. Our kiosk offers a convenient new way
for parishioners and visitors to donate to the Cathedral.
We invite you to try it out!
What is a kiosk?
A giving kiosk is similar to an ATM, but instead of giving
you money, it allows you to use a bank or credit card to
give an offering.
Why is a kiosk needed?
It is becoming rare these days for people to carry a
checkbook or even cash with them. Our giving kiosk
provides you with a convenient option to make an offering
by using a bank or credit card.
How does the kiosk work?
Our giving kiosk is user-friendly. The first time you use it,
you will set up an account. For future uses, simply log in
and follow the screen instructions to make an offering or
other gift. For a few weeks before and after Mass, we will
try to have staff available to help.
Is the kiosk secure?
Yes. Your information is completely secure when you use
our giving kiosk. Our system has multiple layers of
encryption to insure that all of your personal data is secure.
Who to contact with more questions about the kiosk?
If you have any questions about the giving kiosk, please
contact our Development Department at 567-2020 ext. 229.

DAYS LEFT TO DONATE: 24

who visits the Cathedral during this season of renewal and hope.
