Andalusian atmosphere, architect Manuel Burgos, one of the
most prolific and highly regarded architects in the country,
drew upon his vast expertise in creating luxury and exclusive
homes along Marbella and the whole coast, creating another
masterpiece that brings together the aesthetic and social delights of pueblo living with the quality, luxury and status of
a private villa.

MONTBELLO consist of 72 apartments and penthouses
of between 2 and 4 bedrooms are distributed in 6 harmonic
buildings of 12 homes each. Careful attention to styling and
detailed design is augmented by a highly innovative use of space,
creating the informal appearance and ambience of an idealized
Mediterranean village. Volumes are skillfully broken by the playful undulations of white plastered walls, terracotta roof tiles,
detailed window frames, balconied windows, Moorish chimneys
and Byzantine crowned cupolas. Tall portals and archways act as
connecting between the different spaces and galleries. All surrounded by a landscape of immaculately laid out gardens, into
which are set sparkling swimming pools.
MONTEBELLO consta de 72 apartamentos y áticos de entre 2
y 4 dormitorios, distribuidos en 6 armónicos edificios con 12 viviendas cada uno. La cuidadosa atención por el estilo y el diseño
y el innovador uso y reparto del espacio, vienen a recrear la apariencia y el ambiente de un pueblo mediterráneo. Los volúmenes
son modelados con mucha sutileza, con el juego de ornamentos
de yeso blanco en paredes, tejados de terracota, marcos de madera maciza en los ventanales y balcones, chimeneas de estilo árabe
y cúpulas bizantinas coronadas. Los altos y arqueados portales
actúan como conexiones de los diferentes espacios y galerías.
Todo ello rodeado de jardines inmaculados, donde descubrimos
sus espectaculares piscinas.
MONTEBELLO besteht aus 72 Appartements und Penthaus-Wohnungen mit 2 bis 4 Schlafzimmern die auf 6 harmonische Gebäude von
je 12 Wohneinheiten verteilt sind. Sorgfältig wurde auf ein stilvolles
und ausgefeiltes Design geachtet, in Verbindung mit einer äußerst
innovativen Nutzung des Raumes, die den Anschein und das Ambiente
eines idealisierten mediterranen Dorfes schaffen. Geschickt werden die
Formen durch die verspielten, geschwungenen Linien von weiß getünchten Mauern, Dachziegeln aus Terrakotta, sorgfältig gestaltete Fensterrahmen, Erkerfenster, maurische Kamine und byzantinische Kuppeln
durchbrochen. Große Portale und Torbögen dienen als Durchgänge für
angrenzende Galerie. Umgeben von einer Landschaft von makellos angelegten Gärten, in die glitzernde Swimming-pools eingebettet sind.

The charming and design of the exterior of MONTEBELLO reflects the comfortable, modern homes that are contained within.
Fitted with the latest facilities and infrastructures they offer all
the modern comforts and luxuries one could desire: finished
with the finest marble, hard woods, plasterworks, tiling and
full equipment. In designing these homes, the architect Manuel
Burgos has drawn heavily on his experience with single-family
homes and has endowed the apartments with spacious interiors,
particularly in living areas such as the living room and dining
room, which lead onto the large, panoramic terraces that are
like outside extension of these homes. In addition the Duplex
Penthouses include a sun-terrace on the upper floor.
