Itinerario
Día 1. Llegada a Zagreb
¡Bienvenidos a Croacia! Recojan su vehículo en el aeropuerto de Zagreb y diríjanse a su hotel
para realizar el check in (cca 20 km.)
Día 2. Zagreb
Pasen el día en la capital de Croacia. Vean la plaza principal Josip Jelačić, la ciudad alta con la
Iglesia de San Marcos y su techo colorido, la torre Lotršćak o la ciudad baja con sus parques y
negocios. Visiten alguno de los museos, tales como el museo arqueológico, etnográfico,
técnico, de historia natural, de relaciones rotas, de ilusiones,
de tortura, de arte naive, la galería Mimara o el zoológico.
Pueden manejar hasta la ciudad cercana de Samobor (cca 25
km desde Zagreb) y probar el delicioso pastel de crema
kremšnita, tambien pueden visitar Kumrovec (cca 55 km
desde Zagreb) y ver el pueblo etno con la casa donde nació el
ex-presidente comunista yugoslavo y líder anti fascista Josip
Broz Tito o pueden ir a Krapina (cca 60 km desde Zagreb)
para ver el museo del hombre neandertal.
Día 3. Zagreb – Ljubljana
Después del check out diríjanse a Ljubljana (cca 180 km
desde Varaždin.)
Pasen el resto del día en la capital de Eslovenia y vean la
plaza principal, el castillo viejo, Tromostovje („3
puentes“) y las Iglesias en el centro de la ciudad.
Día 4. Ljubljana
Recomendamos visitar algunos de los museos de la ciudad
o visitar Bled (cca 60 km desde Ljubljana) o Bohinj (cca 80
km desde Ljubljana) ambos lugares son conocidos por su
belleza.
Día 5. Ljubjana – Opatija
Después del check out diríjanse a Opatija (cca 110 km desde
Ljubljana.)
De camino pueden hacer una parada en Postojna (cca 55 km
desde Ljubljana) para visitar la popular caverna en cuyo
interior se encuentra la estalagmita llamada „brillante“.
Día 6. Opatija
Disfruten del complejo turístico más antiguo en Croacia.
Pueden pasear cerca del mar por el camino „Lungomare“ o
pueden llevar su auto y ver algunos de los puntos más
emblemáticos de la península de Istria. Pula (cca 90 km desde
Opatija) es la ciudad más grande de Istria y conserva un
anfiteatro romano del siglo 1ro. Rovinj (cca 100 km desde Opatija) es una bella pequeña ciudad
en una pequeña península rodeada por islas verdes. De regreso desde Rovinj sugerimos que
manejen por el interior de Istria y hagan una parada en Pazin (cca 40 km desde Rovinj, cca 50
km desde Opatija) para ver la cueva que inspiró al novelista francés y uno de los pioneros de la
ciencia ficción, Julio Verne, en algunas de sus obras. También pueden visitar Poreč (cca 85 km
desde Opatija) y ver la Basílica de Eufrasio con mosaicos bizantinos del siglo 5 y/o Motovun (cca
65 km desde Opatija), la ciudad medieval en el interior de
Istria, famosa por el festival de cine y especialidades de
trufa.
Día 7. Salida desde Opatija
Después del check out diríjanse al aeropuerto de Zagreb
(cca 180 km) donde dejarán el auto y tomarán el vuelo de regreso a casa.

GENERAL AND BOOKING CONDITIONS
GUARANTEED LAND PRICE
Every effort is made to maintain prices as published, but fluctuating exchange rates may necessitate
price changes, the current price will be confirmed at the time of booking, and will be guaranteed not
to increase upon receipt of deposit.
BOOKINGS and DEPOSIT
All bookings must be made in writing. In order to get confirmation of booking, booking form has to be
filled in. All additional changes must also be made in writing and marked clearly on the original
booking form where original booking was made.
Your booking will be confirmed immediately in most cases. A deposit of EUR 200 per person must be
received 7 days after confirmation the latest, at which time an invoice will be issued showing deposit
received. The balance is due 30 days prior to tour departure. If deposit is not received, the booking
will be assumed canceled. For late bookings (less than 30 days prior to departure), full payment is
required at the time of booking.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Upon receipt of the booking form (filled in with all necessary information), we will send you our
written confirmation. With written confirmation we guarantee all services as per our program.
AMENDMENTS of BOOKING
Amendments of bookings will be made only after reconfirmed booking in writing.
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Tour participants should check with the consulates and local health boards for the latest health
requirements. No medical expenses will be covered for illnesses that occur prior to arrival or on the
tour.
SPECIAL NEEDS TRAVELERS
Any disability requiring special attention must be reported at the time of booking. We will make
reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled participants; however we are not
responsible for any denial of services by carriers. Hotels, restaurants, motor coaches, mini buses, vans
and cars are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. We cannot provide individual assistance to a tour
member for walking, dining, getting on/off transportation vehicles, or other personal needs.
Travelers who need assistance must be accompanied by a qualified and physically able companion.
YOUNG TOUR PARTICIPANTS
Tour participants under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult. On escorted tours we do not
recommend children under the age of 8.
PROGRAM PRICES
Program prices are per person, based on two persons sharing a room. Single room supplements and
triple room reductions are listed where applicable.
LOCAL HOLIDAYS
During national holidays certain facilities (museums, restaurants, sightseeing tours and shopping)
may be limited or unavailable. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible.
LUGGAGE
Porterage is not included in program price.
No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage to baggage or passenger’s belongings.
LOST LUGGAGE
All lost luggage on connecting flights are not responsibility of land operator. We do not guarantee
that the luggage will be found and delivered to assigned hotel. We will provide assistance on the spot
(through our tour director and local offices) that will help the passenger communicate with airline
company.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
No responsibility is accepted for loss of or damage to travel documents or any of passenger’s
belongings.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS
A valid passport is required for all tour participants. All passengers, regardless of the passport they
hold, should check with the appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed. Securing
any needed visas is the responsibility of the tour participant.
REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES
No refunds will be made for unused services once travel arrangements have commenced, especially
in the cases where passengers are unable to travel due to invalid travel documents (passports, visas),
unused portion of services which are included in tour price and program, unused transfer services.
In case that client cannot find the arrival transfer/driver at Dubrovnik or Zagreb airports, they have to
call emergency contact number in the travel documents.
Any complaint while traveling should be made immediately to local representatives (hotel
management, tour director…). All complaints will be accepted in written the latest 1 month after the
tour ends. After this date no complaints will be accepted.
CANCELLATION FEES
All cancellations must be made in writing.
The following scale of charges will apply when notice of cancellation of the passenger is given after
the booking is confirmed:

OVERBOOKING
ATLAS reserves the right to change or modify a reservation in case of circumstances caused by
conditions beyond its control that cannot be predicted, avoided or rectified. Booked accommodation
can be substituted only by an accommodation unit of the same or higher category and at the price
confirmed during booking, provided that customer is notified ahead of time.
OPTION DATE
The review date is 90 days prior to departure and any space not under deposit will revert back to
ATLAS.
ROOMING LIST DUE DATE
The rooming list due date is approximately 60 days prior to departure. This is the latest date space
may be released without forfeiture of deposit. It is extremely important that on or before the
rooming list due date you contact us and advise the names of passengers booked to date. If all space
has not been sold, your options will be as follows:
a) Provide us with names and continue to book on space available basis.
b) Provide us with the names booked to date.
If you wish to hold unsold space, at your own risk you decide on the total number of seats you expect
to fill. We will hold this space for you on receipt of your guarantee of EUR 200 per seat for any unsold
seats. This is non-refundable.
FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment is due 30 days prior to departure.
TOUR ESCORTS
If your own tour escort accompanies the group, it should be understood that the ATLAS escort is in
complete charge for the portion of the trip operated by ATLAS. He/she will most happily work and
confer with your tour escort, but announcements to the group and decision making must be left to
the ATLAS tour escort. Please understand that this cooperation is necessary only to avoid conflicting
information given to tour members, which could interfere with the tour. It should also be noted that
the ATLAS tour escort couldn’t make alterations or deviations to the itinerary at the request of your
group escort.
