On the Fly Plate Cleaner is used to
clean baked printing plates in a production setting. This non-emulsion cleaner
quickly and effectively desensitizes
scratches while the web press is running. On the Fly Plate Cleaner will help
you minimize press downtime and maximize print quality by rapidly cleaning
and conditioning plates.

Directions
On a web press, spray or apply the product directly to the dampening roller system
while the press is running.
On a sheetfed press, moisten a soft cloth or sponge, and wipe on the plate in the
direction of the scratches. Wash the plate with water or fountain solution immediately after cleaning.
