1 Legno: (abete e pioppo) + pannelli in agglomerato di legno per la
struttura non portante (es. fianchi e retro schienale).
2 Molleggio seduta: Cinghie elastiche rinforzate alte cm. 6.
Vengono fissate ad una distanza di cm. 4,5 l’una dall’altra formando
una rete fitta ed estremamente resistente.
3 e 4 Rivestimento struttura: Il telaio in legno con le cinghie elastiche
incrociate viene rivestito con gomma bianca spessore 1-2 cm.
(poliuretano espanso indeformabile) che a sua volta viene ricoperta
da una “gommina telata “ di colore grigio personalizzata con il logo
“BERLONI DIVANI”.
5 Imbottitura cuscini: Nella seduta viene utilizzato poliuretano
espanso indeformabile con densità 30 o 35 mentre negli schienali la
densità è normalmente più soffice.
Altri tipi di imbottitura in alternativa al poliuretano espanso (gomma)
sono: Memory forma, Fiocco, Piuma Roll (misto piuma d’oca).
6 Rivestimento cuscini: I cuscini in poliuretano espanso sono rivestiti
da una fodera in dacron: materiale soffice che dona al cuscino
l’effetto di rotondità e di morbidezza.
I cuscini in piumarol vengono rivestiti da una fodera in cotone e
poliestere a trama fitta che evita la fuoriuscita delle piume.
I cuscini in fiocco e in memory forma hanno una fodera in tessuto
acrilico.
7 Tessuto o pelle
1 Madera: (abeto y chopo) + paneles de aglomerado de madera en
la estructura no portantes (p. ej. laterales y parte trasera del
respaldo).
2 Amortiguación del asiento: Bandas elásticas reforzadas de 6 cm
de ancho. Están fijadas con una separación de 4,5 cm entre ellas,
formando una red tupida y extremadamente resistente.
3 y 4 Revestimiento de la estructura: El bastidor de madera con el
entramado de bandas elásticas está recubierto con goma blanca de
1-2 cm de espesor (poliuretano expandido indeformable) que a su
vez está recubierta con una goma reforzada con tela, de color gris y
personalizada con el logotipo "BERLONI DIVANI".
5 Relleno de los cojines: En el asiento se utiliza poliuretano
expandido indeformable de densidad 30 o 35, mientras que en el
respaldo suele usarse una densidad más blanda. Otros tipos de
relleno, alternativos al poliuretano expandido (goma) empleados:
Memory Forma, Mechon, Piumarol (mixto pluma de oca).
6 Revestimiento de los cojines: Los cojines de poliuretano
expandido llevan un forro de Dacron: material blando que da al cojín
un efecto de redondez y esponjosidad.
Los cojines de plumarol llevan un forro de algodón y poliéster de
trama tupida que evita la salida de las plumas.
Los cojines de mechón y de "forma recordada" llevan un forro de
tejido acrílico.
7 Tejido o piel
1 Wood: (fir and poplar) + chipboard for the non load-bearing frame
(e.g. sides and back).
2 Seat springing: 6 cm wide reinforced elastic straps fixed 4.5 cm
apart forming a thick and extremely resistant base.
3 and 4 Frame covering: The wooden frame with crossed elastic
straps is covered with 1 or 2 cm thick white foam rubber
(indeformable polyurethane foam) which in its turn is covered with a
grey "linen-faced foam rubber" personalised with the "BERLONI
DIVANI" logo.
5 Cushion padding: 30 or 35 density indeformable polyurethane
foam is used for the seat while for the backs the density is normally
more spongy. Other types of padding used as alternative to
polyurethane foam (rubber) are: Memory Form, Flock, Piumarol (a
mix of goose feathers).
6 Cushion covers: The polyurethane foam cushions have a Dacron
cover: a soft fabric which produces an effect of roundness and
softness.
The Piumarol cushions have a tight-weave cotton and polyester
cover which prevents the feathers from escaping.
The flock and Memory Form cushions have an acrylic fabric cover.
