The gas card is strictly for on the job purposes. It is to be used “only” on the company’s vehicle. It
is property of TWS Facility Services and is to be returned at the end of your employment.

I understand that I am to use the gas card only during my work hours and on the company vehicle
only. I understand that the gas card is property of TWS Facility Services and that I must return it at
the end of my employment.
