La table de découpe au fil chaud (REF 266555) est une machine de découpe
professionnelle pour la mousse E.P.S.
La machine chauffe en 1 seconde lorsqu’on appuie sur le bouton de démarrage

ALIGNEMENT DES REGLES A 0°
La rondelle excentrique permet de mettre parfaitement à 0° la règle principale fixée sur la table.
Ajuster le positionnement de la règle du support de chute pour un alignement parfait avec la règle principale.
REGLAGE DES BUTEES POUR COUPE DROITE
Positionnez les butées à -2cm pour que le fil ne touche pas le support de chute en fin de coupe

Installation du fil chaud
PRECAUTION :
Toujours débrancher la machine du transformateur avant d’installer ou enlever le fil chaud. Laissez un
temps de refroidissement nécessaire avant de pouvoir toucher au fil
ATTENTION :
Un courant trop excessif pourrait endommager le transformateur. Utilisez seulement le courant
approprié pour la coupe (220V). Le fil n’a pas besoin d’être rouge vif pour couper la mousse.

NOTE:
Always unplug the power cord of the Hot Wire Cutting table (REF# 266555) before installing or removing
the wire. Allow sufficient cooling time for wire and wire holders (Springs)
Caution :
Excessive power output and heat generation may cause damages to the tansformer. Use only the power
output for proper cutting. The wire does not need to be red hot to move through foamed plastics.

VORSICHT :
Ziehen Sie den Transformator vor der Montage oder dem Entfernen des Schneiddrahtes raus. Eine kurze
Abkühlzeit ist erforderlich vor dem Berühren des Schneiddrahtes
ACHTUNG :
Eine zu hohe Stromspannung kann den Transformator beschädigen. Verwenden Sie nur Strom mit 220V
zum Schneiden. Der Draht muss nicht glühend sein, um EPS zu schneiden.

ALINEAMIENTO DE LAS REGLAS A 0°
La arandela excéntrica permite alinear perfectamente a 0° la regla principal fijada en la mesa.
Ajuste la posición de la regla del soporte para alinear perfectamente con la regla principal.
AJUSTE DE LOS TOPES PARA UN CORTE RECTO
Posicione los topes a -2 cm para que el hilo no toque el soporte al final del corte.

Montaje del hilo caliente
PRECAUCIONES :
Siempre desconecte el transformador antes de instalar o retirar el hilo caliente. Deje un tiempo de
enfriamiento requerido, antes de tocar al hilo caliente
CUIDADO :
Un corriente demasiado excesivo puede dañar el transformador. Utilice sólo el corriente adecuado para
cortar (220V). El hilo caliente no tiene que ser de color rojo brillante para cortar la espuma.
