The FPPI hereby appoints Clover Internacional LLC., and/or its employees as its forwarding agent to make, endorse,
sign, declare or swear to any Shippers Export Declaration or Electronic Export Information (EEI) in connection with
the exportation of any commodity shipped, consigned or forwarded by said FPPI or forwarding agent. Clover
Internacional LLC. will not make commodity classifications on behalf of the FPPI nor assume responsibility for
determining U.S. Export license requirements.
Por la presente, el FPPI nombra a Clover Internacional LLC., y/o a sus empleados, como su agente expedidor para
elaborar, endorsar, firmar, declarar o prestar juramento en, cualquier Declaración de Exportación o Información
electrónica de Exportación (EEI) en relación con la exportación de cualquier mercancía embarcada, consignada o
expedida por dicho FPPI, o agente expedidor. Clover Internaciohal LLC. no se hará responsable por la clasificación
de los productos del FPPI ni asumirá la responsabilidad de determinar los requisitos de la licencia de exportación
de EE.UU.
The FPPI acknowledges that all services provided to them by Clover Internacional LLC., are subject to restrictions
and limitations of liability set forth by Clover Internacional LLC. in Houston, Texas.
This document shall remain in force until further written notice by the FPPI or Clover Internacional LLC.
El FPPI reconoce que todos los servicios que Clover Internacional LLC. les preste están sujetos a las restricciones y
limitaciones de responsabilidad civil establecidos por Clover Internacional LLC. en Houston, Texas.

this document on behalf of the FPPI issuing this authorization.
