in reference to numerous vehicles being keyed while parked
at a location on Ash Street near
Eagle Lake. The suspects were
identified the case is pending
the issuance of warrants and apprehension.
At 1:45 pm, Deputy Mieth met
with a complainant at the Sheriffs
Office in reference to an unwanted
subject who has been causing
problems at Ms. Molly's bar. After
further investigation, the subject
was located and issued a Criminal
Trespass Warning. Case closed.
Thursday, October 11
At 11:09 am, Deputy Mieth
responded to a camp house at
the Foote Ranch in reference
to a stolen firearm. The weapon
was entered into the state and
national database as stolen. Case
is pending recovery of weapon and
development of suspect(s).
At 12 pm, Deputy Argo responded to the Rice High School
in reference to a situation that
occurred in the parking lot involving a student and a parent. The
parent was later found and issued
a Criminal Trespass Warning.
Case closed.
At 12:28 pm, Deputy Cranek
responded to a residence on FM
1890 in reference to a disturbance
and unwanted subject on the
premises. After further investigation, the incident was determined
to be a verbal argument and one
subject was issued a Criminal
Trespass Warning. Case closed.
At 11:25 pm, Deputies Thumann, Slubar, and Sgt. Pflughaupt
responded to CR 250 near Weimar
in reference to a family disturbance. After further investigation,
Porshia Delenia Bishop, 21 of
Weimar, was arrested for Assault
and Resisting Arrest. In addition,
Isreal Gregory Connor, 56 of
Weimar, was issued a citation for
Assault. Case closed.

all forms of human cancer.
The proposed amendment will
appear on the ballot as follows:

Cancer Prevention and Research
Institute of Texas and authorizing
the issuance of up to $3 billion in
bonds payable from the general
revenues of the state for research
in Texas to find the causes of and
cures for cancer."
PROPOSITION 16 (SJR 20)
SJR 20 would authorize the
issuance of up to $250 million in
general obligation bonds by the
Texas Water Development Board
to provide financial assistance to
economically distressed areas of
the state to help provide adequate
sewer and water supply services
for residential use.

appear on the ballot as follows:

by the Texas Water Development
