The Junta de Comunidades de Castilla – La Mancha laid a
wager on Proxia® technology for running platforms for
integrating Health sector services based on a specific portal and
a hospital intranet solution. These complement each other by
using our TPI service terminal technologies.
The system was installed in various hospitals in the community
hospital network and consists of a public space with general
hospital data and private spaces. The public space is used for
transferring transparent data to the patient and visitors regarding
hospital services, procedures, rights and duties, etc.
The hospital Intranet is directed towards providing services to
groups that work in hospitals such as doctors, nurses, clerical
and maintenance staff and is configured according to the group
it is directed towards. This specialization by group gives every
professional access to whatever data, management
applications clinics and services they require according to their
applications,
role at the Institution. For accessing intranet, professionals use
their SESCAM professional card. The system uses Single SignOn (SSO) authentication for accessing social service
applications.
