Attend the Introduction to Mindfulness Group & learn about
mindfulness meditation, relaxation and breathing exercises.
Group Classes will be held on the following dates:

Monday 4/4 from 5:00pm-6:00pm
Friday 4/8 from 11:00am-12:00pm
May:
Monday 5/9 from 5:00pm-6:00pm
Friday 5/13 from 11:00am-12:00pm
