This is to inform you that GYS has a design
patent reference 000187646 for the TCB
and ENERGY models.
So you should stop buying those products from SGG-DC or SGETF
in Shanghaï, China. We hope that you will have removed from your
catalogue any product coming from China and similar to GYS
before the end of the year.
As you probably know, we are manufacturing the original product
in our own workshop in Shanghaï and we are able to supply you
with these products. At this stage, we would like to receive from
you a written confirmation about :
•Your stock and your pending orders (if any),
•Your acceptance to stop using the same product design.

un brevet sur le design des modèles TCB
et ENERGY (référence : 000187646).
Par conséquent, nous souhaitons que vous cessiez d'acheter ces
produits à SGG-DC ou à SGETF à Shanghaï, en Chine. Nous
espérons que vous aurez supprimé tout produit en provenance de
Chine et similaire aux produits GYS de votre catalogue avant
la fin de l'année.
Comme vous le savez probablement, nous fabriquons le produit
original dans notre propre atelier de Shanghaï et nous sommes en
mesure de vous fournir ces produits. Pour l'instant, nous aimerions
recevoir de votre part :
•l'état de votre stock et de vos commandes en cours

mit chinesischen Herkunft und mit GYS gleichartige Produkte aus
Ihrem Katalog bevor Ende des Jahres streichen werden.
Wie Sie schon vielleicht wissen wird das originale Produkt in
unserer eigenen Werkstatt hergestellt und wir sind schon in der
Lage, diese Produkte zu beliefern. Zur Zeit möchten wir von Ihnen
die folgenden Informationen bekommen:
•Ihren Lagerzustand und die laufenden Bestellungen
(wenn es gibt)
•Ihre Annahme, dass Sie die Produkte mit gleichem Design
nicht mehr verwenden.

referencia 000187646 para el diseño
de los modelos TCB y ENERGY.
Entoncés, deberían dejar de comprar estos productos a
SGG-DC o a SGETF en Shanghaï, China. Esperamos que habrán
suprimido de su catálogo todos los productos de China
similares a los productos GYS antes del fin del año.
Como lo saben probablemente, fabricamos el producto
original en nuestro propio taller in Shanghaï y podemos
suministrarles con estos productos. Por el momento,
queríamos recibir su confirmación escrita de :
•Su provisión y sus pedidos en curso (si hay unos),
•Su acuerdo para dejar de utilizar el mismo
diseño de producto.
