UN Day celebrations at lunchtime on 24 October
2014
Andres Corredor will be playing with the UN Music
Club's jazz group.
In 2014 he was selected to be part of the Socar Montreux Jazz
Electric Guitar Competition – performed during the prestigious
Montreux Jazz Festival, in Switzerland – obtaining the second
place, surprising and leaving a very positive impression on the
jury (presided by the renowned guitarist Lee Ritenour) and the
public. Thanks to this result he has been invited to the Montreux
Jazz Academy, to take place during October-November 2014.
Andres will be playing for the UN Staff at the
Palais des Nations in Room XIV at 13:00
