Descripción
EQUAM Global Value invierte a largo plazo en una cartera diversificada de
compañías con un modelo de negocio claro, estructura de capital sólida y que
cotizan a un descuento significativo sobre su valor intrínseco.
EQUAM Global Value está gestionado con criterios estrictos de análisis de riesgo
para minimizar la posibilidad de pérdida permanente de capital. Invertimos sólo en
situaciones en las que el riesgo es cuantificable y asumible y donde el potencial de
revalorización excede de modo asimétrico cualquier posible escenario negativo. En
ausencia de oportunidades atractivas de inversión, preferimos mantener liquidez.
EQUAM Global Value es un fondo (FCP) UCITS domiciliado en Luxemburgo, que está
registrado en CNMV y es traspasable.

Description
EQUAM Global Value holds a diversified portfolio of stable investments in companies
bought at a low valuation, that are predictable, reasonably financed and that operate in
sectors with low competitive pressures.
EQUAM Capital is the registered financial advisor to the fund, and is devoted exclusively to
the search and analysis of potential investments for the Fund. EQUAM Capital looks for
investments in equities that are trading at a significant discount to their intrinsic value and
thus offer a reasonable margin of safety and good upside potential.
EQUAM Capital is committed to a strict risk control procedure to avoid the permanent loss
of capital in each of its investments. After a thorough analysis, EQUAM selects
investments in companies that are reasonably financed, have a sustainable business model
and that trade at a low valuation.
